Jorge is the only plumber we'd recommend. He's worked on multiple projects for us including sprinkler back flows, water heater piping, installing a kitchen sink and a utility sink and disconnecting our old gas heater. He's punctual and very reasonable with his costs! Highly recommended!!

Joseph was very professional, recommended we have a kind of surge protector installed on the outside unit (can’t remember the technical name) and was able to do that on the spot. He even knocked down 3 wasp nests while working outside. Thank you so much.

We have only had to use B&L in a few “emergency” situations. Each time they have been on time or early, had the needed parts to fix the problem and left us in a much better spot than when they arrived! One time, we were even told how to do something on our own that was a simple fix, versus charging us for them to do it. I can appreciate that because I never feel ripped off! They will always be our go to plumber!

All the drains in my house (built in 1956) stopped running yesterday morning, so I called Affordable Rooter. Chad had an opening and was able to come out late afternoon. He explained what he was doing, what the potential problems might be, and worked for over an hour with a snake to get the drain cleared. As it turned out, the main drain had issues and he had to bring a camera to scope it today. He spent about 3 hours this here morning and has given me information about every step of the operation. He made sure that the drain was clear enough today so that I could flush toilets and run water. I'll need to have some major work done on Monday in order to avoid a recurrence of the issue or backup/flooding, but I'm grateful that Chad was able to get me up and running for the weekend. I received a detailed, itemized bill from Chad. I'm very pleased with the service I've received from Chad and Affordable Rooter and highly recommend them!

My brother has a long time friend Nate that has worked with the company and referred us to them. One of the tech's Mike came out to inspect our A/C unit and he educated us and our options. We chose to purchase a new air conditioning unit at which Scott Bryant came over and he gave us such great comfort, assurance and what A/C unit would be the best for our home. We had Dillon, Steven and Rob were able to come immediately to install our new AC. They were prompt, thorough, professional, kind, and the work they did together was impressive. It honestly felt more like family was taking care of us than just a company putting our a/c unit in. They came to inspect the A/C unit as well a few days later to ensure that it was working properly.
