We had several of our drains backup after one of our kids flushed a bunch of paper towels down the toilet. Ed from Affordable Plumbing was at our house within 20 minutes and had the issue fixed in another 15 minutes! Before the service he clearly explained what he was going to try to do to resolve our issue as well as the costs associated with each option.

I was calling around getting quotes, and ended up calling Leo’s 3 - 4 times to compare. Even called once while a competitor was here.
On the phone, Joey and Jesse were very thorough and confident about the service they offer, and they answered all my questions. Although Joey was audibly irritated.
Upon arrival, Mikal and Dustin inspected my issues and told me I don’t need the “clean-out” at this time. Something the competition (R.R.) was going to do right then and there, whether I needed or not, and charge me $564. This price was with free scoping and $75 discount.
Another local plumber (O) was going to charge $106 just for showing up.
Mikal very nicely tried to fix my toilet running issue. Actually made it worse. I called back to see if I could ask him a question, and this time a gritty sounding woman named Janice answered and said “No”. He of course is out in the field. I asked if she could get a message to him, and she made up a bunch of excuses.

We have used them several times for shower valve replacement, fixture swap, and toilet installs. Always on time and with great communication. Justin is always available for quick questions or to come out and solve issues.

Jorge did a great job. Fast, prompt, courteous and professional. Will definitely use him again.

Stay far away from this company. A gentleman came out for a yearly cleaning . About an hour later called to say that my furnace have major issues. Wanted to meet an give me some quotes for repairs. Both quotes were over three thousand. Plumber was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. Did the work needed but advised I didn't need a more costly repair I thought was needed, so saved me money, which I appreciated. I was a little surprised he didn't wear a mask as any other tradesmen coming to my home have done.

Fred got me in the schedule the same day for a sewer scope and explained everything in detail to me. He also made a video of the scope. We will be going through his company for the repairs.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

The Pressure Regulatory Valve went out at my house on a Friday late afternoon. David arrived at my house within an hour of my call and replaced it in record time. These guys literally saved us thousands of dollars and did great work getting rid of the heavy roots from our pipes. 100 percent will be doing business with this team from now on. Oh, and they were also able to come out the same day, which is always very nice!
