Our technician, Mitchell, was delightful. He was fairly new at this job, but had the sense to call someone when he ran into a situation that he couldn't handle at the time. We got 3 more techs to help!! The job was finished to our satisfaction and our other questions were answered professionally. And the price was right.

I contacted Leo's late Friday night - they had 2 technicians out first thing Saturday morning. They were kind and courteous, they explained exactly what they were going to do to break up the clog (from roots) and how much it would cost. I would recommend Leo's to everyone! Thanks again!!

We used Ed with Always Plumbing to fix a leak under our kitchen sink. Our kitchen remodelers badly botched the under-sink plumbing to the point that Ed really had to work to correct what should have been a fairly easy repair. He did figure it out, and the leak has not returned. He also tidied up some other sloppy work under there for no extra charge. We were very pleased with his work and will definitely use him again.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Advantage came within a few hours of my call, and rootered our main sewer drain and worked at it twice as hard as a company who came the day before that I called without doing my research. Advantage Sewer and Drain broke through the clog when the other company couldn't, and gave an honest assessment of the problem without being pushy at all. Highly recommended!

Mark came out, fixed our drain issue and took care of another issue that needed do e. We called 3 places. One did shoddy work. One never showed. These guys came out. Took care of it. We are very happy. Could pay by CC. Wish we'd have been able to hire them for the previous job.

I am using my wife's account for a great experience. Ben Brown was exceptional. I am doing a flooring project and was stood up by my plumber. I called mr rooter after hours and Ben took the job! Not only was Ben friendly, engaging and polite (wore shoe covers) but Ben also knows his job inside and out. He explained the ins and outs of the job step by step, to the point where I feel like I'm a junior plumber! Thanks, Ben! Your skillset was a blessing to us! 10 Stars!

Excellent service! Mark does a quality job at a great price. I have had him out now 3 times for different jobs and he has always done a good job. Very professional and he responded each time right away.

Thought about being cost effective but you get what you pay for. Went for their $95 deal. Two younger guys arrived on time. However, their machine couldn't get past the half way mark. They tried twice and gave up. They complained about their machine might get stuck. Charged me the $95. Plus wanted to add on a camera guy for another $300. Another company came by and blew right through that half way mark! Cleared.

Very thorough and didn't overcharge at all. So reasonable! Recommend this company to everyone!

When I contacted Tony he came right out and gave me a real estimate that was within our church budget. They came out the next day as promised because the other company that we had hired decided not to show up on Wednesday which was the day that they had promised.
