We had a furnace with a humidifier and UV filtration, and an AC installed in our home... The process was smooth and everything past inspection with flying colors... I had this installed 2 months ago and my house is so cool and comfortable and the air smells so clean and fresh! They cleaned and sanitized my ducts too, which I couldn't believe the amount of junk that was in my ducts!! Excellent customer service, amazing installers that protected my carpet and cleaned up when they were done... I will always have Smith Plumbing and Heating on my speed dial for any plumbing or HVAC needs!! Great family company!

Dwayne was and if I can make it so will always be my go to plumber man. His service is the best I ever had. He is honest, kind and compassionate. He is also patient and professional. The company had completed a major project for us a couple years ago. It was a positive experience. I had a service completed on our toilet and followed up with the company about part of the fix but my inquiry was never resolved.

I had shared with the plumber during his visit we had just installed new parts a few days before but think they may need to be adjusted because it didn't seem like we installed properly. He ended up purchasing a new part (of the exact part we had) and replaced it and charging us.

I followed up with the owner and his son and to see what their thoughts were about their service plumber not investigating the installation first to see if it could be tweaked and simply replacing it with a new identical part.

The owner and son said they would follow up with the plumber and follow up with us. Never heard back from them.

Outstanding! Chris is our hero! Solved the issue and went above and beyond and even provided a tool to keep it fixed for the future. Well done!

Several services going into Woodland Park were no longer available, so I did some research and called Advantage Sewer and Drain for a quote. The process was done professionally and quickly. (Even after some follow up questions.) So we scheduled a mainline clearance.
Eduardo went out to the house and spent a good amount of time ensuring our lines were cleared out to the main service connection. He was communicative, professional and informative. Eduardo also ensured he left the site clean and back to normal. He's a pro!
After the invoice came out, I had further clarification needs and they were met. Payment of the invoice went well. I would recommend Eduardo and Advantage to my family, friends and neighbors. Great job guys!
