Best Hvac Duct And Vent Repair in Colorado Springs CO

I had use this company before for a gas valve replacement for a stove and they did a good job. I thought I would use them again for a leaking toilet in a rental property. The technician came and just looked at the inside of the Kohler toilet at the type of parts to replace it all, he didn't take the canister out or try to find where the leak was coming from. He then spent most of his time on hold waiting to find the internal parts from their distributor . He then quoted me over $400 for the labor and parts to install the internal components. This is no way Affordable as the name tries to portray the company. I told him that was absurd and paid the $75 dollar trip fee (outrageous price as well for not even a true diagnosis). I then went ahead and Youtube the problem and was able to fix it with a $6 dollar seal replacement for the canister from Home Depot. The seal was corroded and was the obvious source of the leak. I don't appreciate any company trying to price gouge their customers. I would not recommend this company.

Came out and didn't clear drain , caught them before they left due to still not draining, flooded my closet 3 times and never even tried to clean up or prevent from running into the next room, very messy, got upset and finally did what I told them to do and got the drain cleared, in the process broke my main drain pipe due to shoving the line thru to hard, wouldn't fix issue till 5 days later, had to go to Lowe's and repair drain pipe myself, couldn't have my main drain leaking under my house , upon further inspection broke my electrical outlet they where plugged in due to yanking the cord. Very sloppy service and WILL never use or recommend them for any job as they will damage your plumbing, and not stand behind there work.Will follow with BBB complaint for reimbursement of damage.

We called to have a kitchen sink installed
When they came the first time they said it didn’t fit so we called and had the counter adjusted then called them out again, my husband received a call at 2:45pm that they were on their way and would be there in 20-30 minutes but didn’t get here til 3:45pm. After he started I came out to ask a question but couldn’t find him. Well Mike G. took it upon himself to use my bathroom without asking and smelled up my entire house!! After he left I had to go in there and clean it up! SO GROSS!! He also didn’t wash his hands and wasn’t wearing a mask the entire time he was here. This company isn’t following CDC guidelines or just being clean by washing your hands.
I have been trying to reach the owner and have left several messages but never got a response, obviously they just care about taking your money and nothing about customer service. After everything was finished it was $800 for a kitchen sink to be installed.
Honestly you would be better off finding someone else for your plumbing needs!!

We trust Tim with our rental for plumbing and heating at all times. TIm is very knowledgeable and works detailed. He's always on time and takes the time to explain details and instruct our tenants with all questions at hand. We would like for the office girls to respond better and in a more timely manner. Living several states away doesn't make it easy but with Oak View and especially Tim for plumbing AND heating we feel comfortable and safe.

That said - we talked to other companies in the area but found OVM one of the least 'want to sell you the most expensive equipment' company and are very impressed with Tim's work and experience. The new office team understood our wish of timely response due to the fact we are far away from the location and the icing on the cake >>> CHRISTMAS COOKIES --- THANK you so much - we love them and the extra mile OVM goes to see their customers happy. Caleb came to move the plumbing in our bathroom to fit a new vanity. He was punctual, polite, respectful and did a great job.

Keith replaced an outdoor faucet that had burst. He was on time, efficient, courteous, and communicated well. And the faucet works as it should, doesn't leak, so I am very satisfied with his work.

Do not recommend. I will spare the details. I strongly suggest that you choose another business to help you. Especially when it’s an emergency.

They replaced a hot water heater that had started leaking on very short notice. There were a couple of issues with the install, but every time I called they sent someone out right away and didn't stop until the problem was resolved.

Did an excellent job. Gerald was very informative and professional. Our air conditioning is now working. Am very pleased with the job that 😀 😄 was done. Signed up for their yearly inspections on my heating and air conditioning as well as my hot water heater and electric inspections. Will highly recommend their services to anyone. I am so pleased with the service Home Heating Service provided. The water heater quit working over the weekend and so I was happy they could get someone out quickly. The woman who answered the phone was very professional, super friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Brett arrived within a few hours of my call and fixed the issue. He was also friendly and very knowledgeable. Our unit is very old so he took the time to give me a quote on a new unit, explain everything that would be done, and also answered my questions regarding a maintenance contract. I wish I could give them more stars!
