I was very excited to work with Bill's Plumbing. I received a recommendation from the BNI group that this was a good plumbing company to go with. I scheduled an appointment for 11am Friday. Then, I received a phone call asking if I could reschedule to 8am. Mindy or Amanda at the desk apologized for the early time. I took one for the team, moved my schedule around for the day, and said yes to 8am.

Mike didn't show up. No phone call from him. No phone call from the office. At 9am I was rushing to my next appointment across town. I called the front desk and spoke with Mindy. I added why no one called me about the no-show and why the plumber didn't show up. She replied something to the time of Well, it's the owner and he had another appointment and was trying to get that done. I don't understand why I took one for the team to reschedule when this guy decides to have a conflicting appointment.

Finally, Mike calls while I'm driving to my next appointment to say I'm ready to come over. I was furious. I asked why he didn't call to tell me he wasn't going to be able to make it. Well, I was double booked and I don't start my crews till 9 and I've been so busy.... And it was just all excuses. I'm a principled person. If this company can't respect my time and communicate, then I think that's a good indicator of the type of work they do. I caution you if you decide to use this service.

Phillip has done two jobs for me so far. One was to due two drywall repairs. One under a sink and the other behind a washer.
Nice not to have holes anymore. Good job! The other was fixing
the cracks in the driveway with a newer product. Cleaned out
the cracks with grinder and power washer.
Then filled cracks with sand and then the new product that really
seals the cracks fully.
Last many years and prevents further cracking. So great not
to have to replace entire driveway. VERY PLEASED WITH
ALL HIS WORK. Thank you Phillip.

Superb service. Replaced our water heater in our house to be sold and then again in the new house we bought.

I had a new furnace installed, the 2 men that did the work tore up my floor,and within 3 weeks the furnace was smoking. They didnt even have a inspection ordered.As far as the floor, they are just brushing it off.i have called multiple times just have the nice office ladies say they will contacy the managers. The furnace has been replaced for the 2nd time.that guy did a good job. But still no resolution on my floor. Be very aware of this company ,they dont care about the damage that is done to your home!!!

Always plumbing was clean, courteous, and timely. Would definitely use them again.

Amazing people! They’re always here within 24 hours of calling! Always on time! Or early! They installed a new furnace and AC unit for us within a day! Super clean about it! They did the work as soon as they could especially since we have a 5 month old in the house. Andrew, Jacob, and Caleb, were the ones here for the install! Jacob was the one who came out and found out we needed a new unit. They’re super friendly. They explain everything they’re doing! Stephanie in the office is amazing and super sweet! Since when it comes to inspections they only tell them a day and it’s anywhere between 8-5, she made sure to call us to at least let us know what number we were on the list so we could leave for a little if we had too! Our garbage disposal wasn't working. B & L Plumbing came the same day we called and took care of the problem. Good service. Reasonable rate. And their technician Jeremy was very pleasant and efficient!

We had a sewer drain in our basement back up. Troy and Brandon, from Affordable Rooter, ran a camera all the way to the street. They were able to determine that someone had put baby wipes down the drain. Also, we didn’t know that some thicker toilet paper, like Cottonelle, is not biodegradable and often clogs up drains. The were professional and very knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend them!

The entire experience with Mr. Rooter was positive. We had a water main leak somewhere between the house and the alley which they found and fixed with minimal digging/disruption. The excavation crew was on time, positive, communicative, and they problem-solved well when faced with unexpected circumstances. I highly recommend them!

We have used Parkey's twice now for pipe leaks in our new home. The first time the guy was very helpful, professional, & went above and beyond with his service. The second guy, Greg, was also very helpful, professional, and gave me great advice. Our home warranty company sent a bogus plumber the first time, who didn't find a leak. Greg from Parkey's was very thorough, found the leak and fixed it right away. I will continue to call Parkey's with all my plumbing needs, who knew I'd have so many. As a first time home owner, I trust them with my home. I highly recommend using them.

When we bought our home in September with no AC we thought we could do without one for the first year. Well the temp went from the seventies to the nineties in one week. UGH! So we started shopping and found Comfort By Design. Scott came by and gave us the information on a heater and AC combo. He is very good at his job, and very easy to talk with. It was a go. The installers came out and went to work. It was quit a task but every thing was done in a timely manner and it is perfect. We are very happy with our cool home.
