Richard the Master plumber finally came to my rescue. He stayed all evening until everything was finally fixed.
He kept apologizing that it took the company so long.

🌝My Outside water faucet handle broke off when I turned it on to go water the Poppy's ( flowers).
I was so devastated. I could not turn the water off. I started to worry about the water bll. Finally I turned off the water heater faucet, that was the one! Whew!!!

Hello,The 1 star rating had nothing to do with the technician as you have assumed. He was very professional and we had no problems with his service. My issue is with the fact that the AC was working fine prior to having the first technician come out. We never had any issues then after that we had nothing but issues. Like the fact that the AC unit was never reconnected and started to freeze up. Hopefully this will help. Thanks

Rick B was so knowleadgeable and good at explaining what the issue was and how my system works, since i just bought the house and really didnt know it at all. I had been without heat for 5 days and after paying another company 100 dlls to tell me a fuse had blown, i was afraid nobody would actually have experience with a tankless water boiler. Rick was so patient at explaining, punctual, and just went the extra mIle to make sure i understood the problem. I plan to never call any other company and to stick with Rick if I need their assistance again. I am a very grateful customer.

Best commercial plumbing outfit in Colorado

I have been using Jazy Frei plumbing for years and have never had a problem until today. We have a huge backup in our house and the best they could do was get someone out here tomorrow. We can't turn on any water backup again. We have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars with them and now we can't even get them to come out. VERY FRUSTRATING!!
