Ray came to our house on an after-hours emergency call to repair a leaking valve in our refrigerator in-wall ice maker box. He called to coordinate a welcomed early arrival. He went over the options with us and temporarily capped the line. He returned after several days and installed a new valve. Ray was incredibly courteous and thoroughly explained our options and estimated costs. He answered all of our questions and didn't mind as we watched him working.

I called this place, scheduled ban appointment, all is good. Then this guy Michael shows up, and snakes the toilet. Tells me that is as good as it gets, and then tries to up sale me on a new flow regulator

The toilet still does not work, he charged me 90$, and I payed because I did not see him wanting to help with my problem.

Thanks kicker of it all is he was going to take all my credit card info, write it down, and then process payment later. Hell no, I went to the gas station, had them follow, and payed in cash.

I then get a call this morning asking for payment.

This is a shady business, or they have shady people working for them.

I did not have a good feeling with anyone except the lady who booked my appointment.

I would look other places

Jorge was incredible. Fast without compromising attention to detail. It's hard finding someone skilled that operates with integrity and Jorge has both of these qualities.

We asked Ed to install new plumbing into a new kitchenette sink from the bathroom on the other side of the wall. Naturally, this proved to be more complicated and difficult than it appeared, but Ed proved resourceful and experienced, and overcame the many obstacles that existed. He worked tirelessly to finish the job, cleaning up thoroughly after doing a fabulous job. Very impressed and very grateful--highly recommend!

HVAC Solutions replaced a thermostat at my business and charged a small fortune. It took a week for them to order the right thermostat and install it. Two months later, the thermostat stopped working. When we called for a warranty replacement, the Service Manager said they will no longer service our business because things always break (isn't that what business you're in, to fix stuff?!?). When I asked to speak with the Service Manager, he was unavailable, and finally after threatening them with lawsuit, they sent a repair specialist. The repair specialist said a breaker was popped and to call an electrician.

The electrician said the breaker was fine. We called another HVAC repair company and they fixed everything HVAC Solutions could not repair.

If you're reading this and still debating on using HVAC Solutions -- DON'T! Save yourself the frustration and find another company. This company needs to find another Service Manager who will train a better staff and communicate with customers.

We had our waterheater replaced. Andrew Coleman was AWESOME! He did not even complain when we changed our mind about the size of the water heater. When he was done, he taught us how to light it and how to maintain it so that it will last longer. Wish there were more people like him!

Bill was awesome, he fix the leak within a matter of minutes, he was also very knowledgeable and very well experienced in plumbing. Bill also advised me on money saving plumbing tips.thanks a whole bunch.

I’ve used this company about three times now. Each time, the woman who answered the phone was very polite, knowledgable and quick to set me up with an appointment. Each worker who showed up was on time, professional, confident, and got the work done with no problems. They answered all of my questions, made great recommendations, and I didn’t feel they were trying to sell me on anything. Five stars for B & L Plumbing!

The work they did was fine and I’m sure the price was fine (they were contracted through the rental company). But, the guy who came out and did our work was rude. He complained the whole time about how messy my garage was and how they couldn’t find the main line in it. There were 10 moving boxes stacked up in front of it, and I had no clue what they were even looking for. Had I known it was behind them, I would have moved them before they got there. I ended up moving all the boxes, and they were able to do the job. But I didn’t appreciate the snarky, unprofessional comments.

Prompt scheduling, reasonable cost. Larry did great detective work to find and repair the source of our leak. Definitely will use them again.

Excellent work, found some areas which needed repair and did it. Explained everything in great detail and let us know how to use and when to changes filters, etc. Braden was very personable and made sure we understood his explanations. We definitively will use again and refer the company to friends and relatives.
