Brian and Emilio from One Source had to make a couple of trips to repair a newly installed A/C system only to find a factory defect in our condenser. They were both very knowledgeable in their tradecraft. They isolated and repaired the defective parts but had to deal with unwarranted frustration from me due to the parts from the factory being backlogged. When shipment arrived they were expeditious. Through the ordeal they remained courteous professionals and demonstrated great customer service. One Source is fortunate to have these professionals on their team.

Todd came out to do work for me and it was a very professional and courteous experience. He was thorough with all my question and told me I did not need to change out a faucet when I thought I needed to. The cost was below most companies. It work out to being $63 dollars per hour which is about 1/2 half the cost of other plumbers.

From the very start I was in contact with the plumber, not the office staff. He arrived on time and he noticed I did not have a small part I needed for a bathroom faucet and said that he would stop by free of charge and finish the repair at no extra cost! Who does that anymore??? I highly recommend Western Peak Plumbing!!!

Had a water leak from bathroom and it came through the kitchen ceiling. Lujan PSI found and fixed the issue. Very clean and professional. Will use them again if I ever have any plumber issues.

The men that showed at my house were very friendly and didn't waste any time to fix my shower. After they fixed it they helped adjusting the temp to every shower in my house and gave me some advice on how my water heater works. I will definitely be using this company again.

After the typical water heater failure on the first day of a long holiday weekend, we went to buy a new Rheem water heater through Home Depot. Upon seeing signage in the store stating that calls before noon qualified for same day delivery and installation we gave it a shot, though it was 10 minutes until twelve on a Saturday. Much to my surprise, they answered and set us up for an appointment between 2p and 5p with Delta Mechanical in Colorado Springs. I am extremely satisfied with the installation and service. Andrew provided excellent and personable customer service, showed up and finished in a timely fashion, took time to explain the install and maintenance recommendations, and helped us get through the process, even saving us some unforeseen, extra expense along the way. Highly recommended!!!

I placed a work order through my home warranty company and it was placed through this company. I was notified of my appointment time promptly (which was for the next day!) Chris showed up on time and was extremely professional and helpful. He diagnosed that my problem was electrical and instead of just leaving after completing his work, he sat on the phone for me to set up an appointment with an electrician for me! I believe he said he was working multiple positions at the company as well (including some form of management), so I'm sure his time is very important, but he made sure I was taken care of before leaving!

What an incredible experience! Joseph Murrane exceeded my expectations in all ways. Not only was he extremely professional from the first moment I spoke with him on the phone but he delivered with quality and timely service. Very professional, curtious, reasonable

I was very fortunate to have them repair my broken toilet and seal it in less than 2 hours of me calling. They were very knowledgeable and worked quickly. I will most definitely use their services again in the future.

I called 3 other places before these guys and they couldn’t come see me for a week! These guys were able to come out same day (albeit after hours for a surplus charge but I was glad they could do it!) I was hoping it was a small repair like the pilot light had gone out, but turned out the water heater needed to be replaced (not surprising since it was 40 yrs old). Rob talked me through all my options and pricing and helped me settle on the the best option. We had to wait 4 days for the install but I knew that wasn’t unreasonable since I’d already talked with several other companies. He came on the appointee day, replaced the unit, and everything is working great so far.

Highly recommend Diego and his team. When a different plumber flaked out on me, Diego stepped up from day one helping me finish my basement bathroom. Can’t thank them enough! They have my business 100%.

the owner is very rude especially to his employees! For a customer to see that on the job more then once is disgusting I will never use him again.

I had them install a new hot water heater which required a permit and inspection. They charged me $90 for the permit fee. When the inspector came to inspect the hot water heater, I saw that the permit only cost $40 from the county. I called Frei Plumbing and Heating and left a message stating that I had a question after the inspection requesting that someone call me. No one called me back. $50 additional to file a permit with the county seems exorbitant. The installer was very pleasant and did an excellent job. The boss/owner was a bit gruff, but I was still pleased with the install, but was very disappointed to see the gouge on the permit fee.
