Installed A/C. Initial install went well but they were in organized when they said they were going to come back and out more coolant in the spring. A guy showed up but he never talked to me when he got here so not sure what he did to the units

We live in a rental and the landlord had a humidifier replaced in the spring of 2011. Unfortunately, HVAC Solutions did not install the drain line properly for two reasons. First, they didn't allow enough slack as it was wrapped around the plenum, so it crimped over time. Second, they did not route the drain line so it gravity fed properly. At a low humidity setting it worked fine. However, when we turned up the humidity to higher level the humidifier did not drain fast enough. As a result it backed up and partially flooded the mechanical room. Fortunately, we caught it before it caused too much damage. I personally checked the drain line and it was NOT clogged. It backed up was due to the two reasons I stated earlier. The technician came to the house (Jan 2013) and CONFIRMED my diagnosis. He agreed that the line was NOT clogged, but needed to re-routed to avoid the kink and allow it to gravity feed properly to the floor drain. This was obviously an initial installation problem.

The landlord told me he was charged for the service call. I personally contacted the manager because I thought this was totally unfair. The manager told me the line had clogged due to sentiment, which caused the flooding. I told him this was not the case and stated the reasons above, which were CONFIRMED by the technician. He disagreed with me, but told me he would speak to the owner. He called me back and let me know that they would not reimburse our landlord for the service because the line was clogged.

Wow! This REALLY surprised me, since the technician saw that the drain line was NOT clogged! I was with the technician when he corrected the problem. Again, he verbalized that the drain was NOT clogged. Since he rerouted the drain line, the humidifier has worked fine. This to me is an integrity issue and a total disregard for customer service. Therefore, I rated them as one star and WOULD NOT recommend this HVAC company to anyone.

The plumbing work and tech was fine. They are very good at telling you the hourly rate starts when the tech is dispatched, what they dont tell you is the amount you pay will vary soley one where the job before yours was done. I paid 1.25 hours of travel time alone when their office is located 25 minutes away. Where did the extra 1 come from? That charge also included the travel time back which either means they are double dipping and charging the client after me and myself for the same commute, or, your rate will also vary if you are the last one of the day. Upon dispatch I even confirmed with the operator that I am not paying for commute from further than their office, which I was told I wouldnt and that ended up being false. I have also called multiple times, and the supervisor will not call me back. Dishonesty and lack of integrity here.

Replace water heater. Best price in town & excellent service.

I am currently in the process of selling my home so I reached out to One Source to have my water heater inspected and my furnace cleaned and serviced. The communication was excellent in the beginning. The few people I spoke with were kind and provided great customer service. Now with that being said...once Karl came in to do the work, things went downhill. He came in and started telling us about all of these problems we had with our furnace and water heater that we knew weren’t legitimate because we’d already had an inspection completed. He even went as far as telling us our water heater is 20 years old when our home hadn’t even been built for 20 years...He also told us that the furnace and water heater would have to be replaced which would cost us over $10,000. The moment we declined having the furnace and water heater replaced, their communication and customer service became poor. I reached out 5 times to get the report sent to me. I never received anything. I ended up having to pay another company to come out so I could get a report! Not only did the other company provide me with a report but they also told me that my furnace and water heater is in GOOD working condition. I’m very disappointed in the service I received and even more disappointed in the unethical business practices.

These folks are reliable, honest, and prompt. I’ve used them several times in the past for things we’ve needed done. I highly recommend their service, and will be using them for all my needs.

Keith replaced an outdoor faucet that had burst. He was on time, efficient, courteous, and communicated well. And the faucet works as it should, doesn't leak, so I am very satisfied with his work.

Derrick came out and thoroughly looked over my furnace. He told me what was wrong and offered to clean the system and look for gas leaks. He was very professional and took time explaining everything. Highly recommend Caliber and Derrick.

We have had the Comfort by Design Team install a water heater and a gas line for a stove. Both times they were great to work with and did exceptional work. With the water heater they even had the father of one of the owners come install it on his day off so we wouldn't have to go without hot water. They are very responsive and will continue to use them for any of our needs.

We moved in to our new home and the master bathroom sinks would take hours to drain water after we got ready in the morning. There would be gross left over residue from it as well. We called Flow Right and their friendly technician Brandon fixed our sinks in about 45 minutes. My wife really appreciated how respectful Brandon was and I really appreciated all of the additional information he provided me about our house's plumbing. This is a great company and we highly recommend them if you need a quality and trustworthy plumbing company in Colorado Springs!

The technician Daniel was extremely knowledgeable at his craft skilled technician. Daniel educates the customer on not only what is wrong and needing fixed but takes the time to explain it. He was thorough in fixing another technician from another company mistakes. Daniel was able to easy see the errors (there were many) and explain why they were wrong and how he would fix them.
Because the toilet was done incorrectly he took the time to check the faucet and the other person had installed it wrong as well. He has proven he and his company to outstanding work. A satisfied customer thank you

Called 4 other plumbers for help on a weekend and no one could come out for 1-2 days to fix my busted pipe. Having a family, I couldn’t have my water off to my house that long!
