We just sold our home and the buyers were asking for a sewer camera and a sump pump to be installed. Chris Eckel came to do the job. He was on time, courteous and very professional. It took very little time for him to analyze what the camera showed and the installation of the sump pump was performed quickly and neatly. Thank you so much also for your very responsive email system which let us know when he was on his way. Very professional! Go with honest company that values customer satisfaction. They just seem to want to squeeze money out of customers for non existent issues/repairs. Snarky rude replies from “manager” is proof enough this company is unprofessional. Reading other replies manager has even claimed a customer to be racist. They have been reported to BBB.

Our AC went out, I called One Source and they came out the next day. James Jackson was the technician/repair person who came out. He checked everything out to our satisfaction, and made the recommendation we needed. He was a very courteous young man, put covers on his shoes to come into the house and explained everything to us. He was extremely knowledgeable and a very pleasant personality. One Source is very fortunate to have such a young man as an employee and good representative of their company.

We had a drain that was clogged and then after we had someone come out it actually still wasn’t draining.
We had to call late at night and they sent someone right away! I wish I could remember his name because he was very sweet and informative and worked really hard to fix the problem!
Drain is working great now and he left us with some great tips and cleaned up really nicely!
Would absolutely call bullseye next time we need some help!

They cleaned and sealed my air ducts, checked my humidifier, installed an electrostatic filter and sensors to keep my house safe. They were pleasant, professional, helpful, and friendly. They weren't cheap but worth every penny. They always take good care of me.
