Furnace installation was impeccable! Sammie and Adrian has come to install my new furnace. They kept my house free of debris and avoided wires and cables that were in the way. They were super knowledgeable and courteous. We've used Always Plumbing & Heating two times since moving into our new home, and both times have been excellent experiences. Not only did it cost less than we were expecting (both times!), but Ed was very friendly and polite. He patiently explained the problems and answered our questions. The second time he came on short notice and was more than happy to help. We will not hesitate to use Always Plumbing for future plumbing needs and absolutely recommend them.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

A different contractor did a sewer line job on the neighbors property that backs up to my property (the houses are back-to-back...no fence). The job ended up dragging on for weeks. One night I came home and found a large equipment trailer (think large horse trailer) parked in my driveway next to the house. This trailer belonged to Olson Plumbing who was working as a sub for the other contractor. I called the number on the trailer and left a voicemail, which was never returned. Someone stopped that night (prime contractor) to apologize for it being there and that it would be gone by 7:30 the next morning. Turns out it was a compressor that ran all night. The next afternoon it was still there when I returned home. I called the number on the trailer to have it removed, which was done that night. The next morning there were workers in my driveway stretching out sewer lining and backing a van up my driveway. I informed them I was done having them use my property for access and work area and asked them to use the easement if they needed needed some space. I was told it would only take 30 minutes and it was the “only way” they could do the job. When done, one individual (owner?) apologized for the intrusion and left.

Rick went above and beyond for us. As first time home buyers we didn't know what we were getting in to and Rick walked us through everything. I am amazing impressed.

The guys who came out were amazing, incredibly nice, and completely professional. They did the job quick and efficiently, and I'm 100% satisfied with their work!

Andrew and Nathan installed our AC and were professional and worked hard and they were very pleasant. An inside door was accidentally scratched and they discounted the installation fee to cover the paint no problem. They answered all our questions and cleaned up. It is nice to have a go-to business for our heating and cooling needs. Thank you!

B&L did an OUTSTANDING job from my first call to job completion. Every person I spoke to was professional and helpful. John, the service technician was awesome. We had been without hot water for the past 14 days due to a faulty install by another plumbing company. I called B&L after hours, to try to resolve the problem. The night phone service was a live person who made us an appointment for first thing next morning. John, our service tech, called first thing next morning (this morning) to make sure he knew where we were located. He arrived, got to work, and quickly identified that a brand new hot water heater (only a week old) had been improperly installed and was ruined. He made arrangements to immediately replace the water heater. After a parts run and some lunch, John spent all afternoon getting things right. And as I type this, we have HOT water for the first time in 14 days. Way to go John, the support staff and B&L Plumbing in general. A top rate company and a top rate experience.

This company is fantastic! We had a crushed sewer line in the street that affordable rooter fixed. Their price was very reasonable and the job went like clockwork. I couldn't be happier. We have also used them in the past to rooter our sewer line . They have a great bunch of guys working for them who are both friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Mr. Rooter has serviced, replaced, and installed sewer lines for our customers and at our own residence. They are pros, they do a great job, and their pricing is very fair.

Super Job!!! from Tim coming out to service and checking out our old furnace to the install of the new Lennox furnace was a pleasure. Tim found a crack and a co2 leak in the furnace and withing in three days we had the new furnace in and working. Jordan was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was so meticulous about making sure that the new furnace was installed correctly. Can not say enough about how great the service was from start to finish. Have used Parkey's over the last few years and have never had a problem, Honest, Efficient, and Reliable.

dHe arrived on time and completed the work that was needed with a minimum of fuss and left with no mess to cleanup. Really can't ask for much more.

We had Michael come out and he showed up promptly at the time he was supposed to come and found the problem our kitchen sink was clogged up and so he unclogged it was his Roto-Rooter and said that the pipe was clogged up all the way down to the main so he Roto-Rooter all the way down to the main and the garbage disposal was not working properly so we had that replaced also he did all the work was very professional and cleaned up after himself very well what are you guys again for another problem when they come up thank you

David was very professional and kind. He and the other employees were always good about communicating exactly what they were doing, what went wrong and how they were going to fix it. My AC is working great now which I’m very grateful for. I will be using Comfort By Design and recommending them as long as I live in this area.
