Amazing people! They’re always here within 24 hours of calling! Always on time! Or early! They installed a new furnace and AC unit for us within a day! Super clean about it! They did the work as soon as they could especially since we have a 5 month old in the house. Andrew, Jacob, and Caleb, were the ones here for the install! Jacob was the one who came out and found out we needed a new unit. They’re super friendly. They explain everything they’re doing! Stephanie in the office is amazing and super sweet! Since when it comes to inspections they only tell them a day and it’s anywhere between 8-5, she made sure to call us to at least let us know what number we were on the list so we could leave for a little if we had too! Had these guy replace my difficult-to-access water heater. They were respectful, clean, quiet, and they did what needed to be done. Highly recommend!

We had 2 spigots that needed attention and it ended up they only needed to be tightened crazy tight. 15 minutes later was a bill for $214. We’ve used B&L many times in the past, but it’s time to find a different plumber. As far as everything else, they were professional, responsive and on time.

Luke did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend him and this company again! I received over 6 bids to install a water heater and he gave the best price, best equipment, and quickest installation of all the bids. He was able to do the install the day after the water heater arrived from Denver.

Can’t say enough good things about Jolly Plumbing! Had an emergency need on the weekend and after hours. Wayne came to the rescue in the middle of a snow storm within the hour to help our customer. Thanks for coming though Jolly!

Used their emergency after hours service for additional fee of $200. After 3 hours and a $300 part was told they could not fix the issue. Service man was polite but dishonest in telling us he waived his charge for his time. The part replaced was $30 on the manufacturer website. Feel taken advantage of.

Technician was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.
