Best value and service for a new water heater in the Springs! I called 5 other places to get a quote for a new 50 gallon gas water heater with expansion tank installed at my house and they were all $500-$800 more than what water heater pros quoted me and none of the other companies had availability for a few days at least.

Water heater pros came out the next day and did a super quick and clean install! To top it off they helped me fix the Pressure Reducing Valve I had installed myself on the 3/4” main water line that I had put the wrong fitting on, which they didn’t have to do! All in all fantastic service for a great value.

I called them at 7am and Ace and his team arrived (30 minutes early) at 10am the same day. They drained and removed the old water heater and installed the new one in about 30 minutes. They were in and out of my home in under 45 minutes. AMAZING service, friendly, answered all of my questions and fairly priced.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! I called and the phone was picked up & all my questions answered and VERY FAIR PRICE given late on a Friday, Install scheduled for Monday. Ace & his helper arrived exactly when they said they would, did a very professional job, answered all my questions AND had my inspection with the county scheduled the next day, all within just a tad over one hour! His prices are VERY FAIR! He is honest, kind, trusting and really knows his stuff! I would highly recommend!

Super nice guys , very smart people. After you talk to the owner & here some of his back story, former military & his life experience, you can tell he could do anything he wanted. I even asked why water tanks, he loves his work, he is his own boss and is a family man, so if he needs off for family stuff he does not have to get approval. I liked him enough that I would leave the door unlocked if I needed work done, with out being home.

Water Heater Pro's are the best ! They worked me in their schedule when an emergency with the T& P valve on my water heater was leaking where I had to completely turn off my water to my home & had to stay @ a neighbor's home because of no water . These guys really are pros. Communication was great, they showed up exactly on time and finished in exactly the one hour they said it would take. Everything was cleaned up and there were no hidden costs. A water heater is not the most fun purchase to make, thank you Water Heater Pros for making it as painless as possible.

Water heater had went out overnight, and we had called in the morning to request replacement. Even though the weather was bad with snow they were still able to make it out in less than 2 hours. Great, fast and friendly service!

They were fast, friendly and very professional. We had a water heater and recirculating pump installed. Initially they thought we would need a pressure value replacement, would have been $350. They later said we did not, they could have said we needed it and we wouldn't have know the difference. Very honest guys, we would highly recommend.

I talked to Ace on Saturday and he had an install time set for Monday! I needed someone asap for a rental unit in COS and the fact that he answered on a Saturday was pleasing in itself. Ace came out and did a spectacular job of replacing my old water heater. 5 star service all the way.

The owner of this company was short, rude, and extremely unprofessional. He called to find the address, which I appreciated, but with my wife being home all day he claimed no one answered our door and within 5 minutes he left and refused to speak with me or my landlord to look at my water heater. Incredibly unprofessional and put my family as well as the property owner in a really bad spot that could have been fixed with only a little professionalism and a few questions. But it was too cold for his team in Colorado and he didn't care to honor the contract

I reached out online via chat to see if they could troubleshoot and fix my tankless gas water heater. Water Heater Pros were quick to respond but said that they don't service tankless water heaters and don't know anyone who does.

It's rare to meet professionals who care about the customer and the task at hand enough to answer dumb questions like mine, but these guys were patient, fast, thorough and downright kind. Our water heater unexpectedly started leaking all over the floor today. Water Heater Pros saved the day. I called at 10am and they came at 1 pm same day no problems. Very professional, kind, and understanding. I had scheduled carpet cleaning for that morning and the guys respected my wishes and wore booties inside the house since everything was drying. The quote they gave me over the phone is what I paid even though they had to redo piping and move a gas line to get the water heater in. These guys are fantastic. We needed to replace our 20 yr old water heater with something that would better meet the needs of a family of 5. Ace was honest regarding our choices. When it came time to install they arrived exactly when they said they would and had the whole job completed in under 45 minutes! They were amazing and would definitely hire them again.

I called them on a Sunday, and Ace was out and about so he came out to me for my plumbing issue. Since he was out already doing a job nearby, he charged me normal rates for the repair. Since then I have used him for my property management business, and has gotten superb service. Highly recommended.

These guys are fast, knowledgeable and no nonsense. Ace was $800 less than a local reputable company in town for the same model. From the time they arrived till the time they left was 1.5 hours.

Wow....good thing these guys aren't at the top of plumbing google search, because no one would go anywhere else. Like so many others, I had called 5 other plumbing companies, all quoting over 2K for a hot water heater replacement, not including tax. Called Water Heater Pros at 4pm and talked to Ace and he quoted 1699.00, including tax, which means I really paid around 1550.00. He was at my house the next morning at 9, and out the door by 945. He's not the most social guy, but he's extremely professional and gets the job done right.

They were able to get me scheduled the next day and they were very efficient installing my water heater (only took them about an hour)..... and their pricing is very fair (they have a flat rate for the water heater, labor and assorted parts)... yes you could buy a (less expensive) water heater from Lowes/Home Depot but then you have to pay someone to install it ($$$$) haul away the old one etc... plus the quality of the heater will not be as good from the big box stores...

Saw this contractor installing a water heater across the street at a neighbors house, I walked over and explained I might be having an issue with my water heater, Ace said to me That doesn't sound like a problem with your water heater, it's most likely your water pressure regulator. He was spot on without even looking at it. I took his business card and called him later that evening after checking and determining that it was indeed my water pressure regulator. He came by exactly when he said he would, replaced the water pressure regulator and I couldn't be happier. There is a reason Water Heater Pros has a solid 5 Stars. This man is the definition of INTEGRITY! He doesn't oversell or over promise, he is a true master of his craft and the most honest business person I have ever interacted with. When my water heater does eventually kick the bucket I know who I'm calling, without hesitation. I had a problem with my Water Heater, so I called Ace to see when he would be available to come out. He took the time to ask me a few questions about the problem (which other companies didn't), and he gave me some avise to reset my water heater. IT WORKED!

Hands down the best!

Our water heater’s pilot light went out Monday night, last week. I called first thing Tuesday morning to see if it could be repaired, Ace was to the house with the needed part by 8:30 and upon further inspection it was apparent that we were going to need a new water heater. He left and came back to install the new unit. Everything was said and done by 10:30 am. I was extremely pleased with Ace’s quick response and professionalism. I highly recommend Water Heater Pros to anyone looking for a repair or replacement.

Had called another company that came out and quoted us close to $2000 and we would have to wait 3 days. Water Heater Pros did it for about half that, came out the next morning after calling them the night before, and were fast and professional. Ace installed a water heater at my property in 2020 at a competitive and reasonable price. He was extremely easy to communicate, sent photos since I wasn't there, and answered any questions I had. The water heater has held up great and when I recently had concerns about a leak in the utilities closet, he promptly went out of his way to go by the house and check out the situation (it ended up being the a/c, not the water heater after all!). Incredible professionalism. Ace's quality of service is hard to come by these days. Highly recommend!

I haven’t enjoyed the pleasure of hot water again just yet because I haven’t had the chance yet.
Our old water heater stopped working properly Monday. I left messages with a number of other companies that night. Tuesday picked a company that said they could do it Saturday. On Wednesday night, they moved the repair to Monday. Thursday I left four messages & two emails with no response during normal business hours. I was concerned Monday would turn into later so I called Water Heater Pros. Ace at 4:44 Thursday night gave me an immediate cost & able to be there the next day. They were running early 🤗 today & installed the new heater quickly. They even had the CO2 unit you will need for each floor with them for the inspection.
I can’t wait for an enjoyable hot bath again.

Ace makes things easy. My water heater went out on a Friday so I made some calls to various Colorado Springs plumbers on Saturday morning. Ace called me back within 30 minutes and quickly helped me understand options (whereas other companies waited until Monday to call me back). He was also very transparent - my venting needed to be replaced to be up to code, so his phone quote included that info UP FRONT. If you're looking for a master plumber; one who is intelligent, relational, respectful, responsible, responsive, hard working, honest, fair and trustworthy, contact Ace. Moving forward, I will only work with Ace and his team at WHP. On the day of install, clean white-colored WHP-branded commercial vehicles pulled up exactly on time. Initially, members of the WHP team - Ray and his assistant - arrived to perform pre-inspection, removal and install of the water heater. Before any work was initiated, Ray visually inspected the water heater locker and noted a leak that turned out to be from a cracked valve. These guys worked in tight quarters to remove and expertly install the Rheem Professional series water heater in about an hour. Ace stopped by during the install process and I had the chance to thank him for inspiring my confidence in his competence. Ace returned later the same day of the install and repaired the cracked valve with a proficiency that only comes from years of experience - a true professional. Superb Professionals Ace called to ask if they could come earlier for our appointment. Ace and his helper showed up wearing masks. They got to work replacing our water heater and I know our PRV valve is working with a pressure of 60. I observed how the pressure is tested. There was no need for a new PRV. Answered any questions I had. Over all a very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend.

I had a sidearm water heater about to kick the bucket, it needed to be replaced. My wife came across 5 start Water Heater Pros on the Google. I called up Water Heater Pros and Ace came out to take a look. Ace quickly identified what needed to be done and found a few other issues.
- The copper pipes connecting from the boiler to the water heater was a rats nest of turns and mess.
- There were no shut off valves on the pipes between the boiler and water heater.
- The 2 overflow tanks were damaged; one was simply broken and the other had rust issues from a previous leak.

Ace and team quickly came out the next day and replaced the water heater, cleaned up the pipes, installed valves, tightened up all fittings including boiler nuts/bolts/valves/etc, removed the old water heater, and took the time to explain what they had done and how it all worked. Ace also checked that the water pressure coming in from the main (all was good there).

I have and will continue to highly recommended Water Heater Pros Inc. Perfect friendly professional service.

This is a very stand up company and would recommend to anyone. I was getting outrageous quotes from other company's to replace my leaking water heater. Ace was out the next day and had it replaced in an hour with a quality unit. He was great making sure the water heater I got was a quality product. Terrific job by Ace, adding an expansion tank and 4 yr warranty extension anode with no additional labor cost. At least $1k less than another quote. Also very careful in protecting carpet and epoxy floor during the install.

Ended up having an electrical issue with the breaker, but they thoroughly diagnosed the heater to make sure that the appliance itself wasn't the issue. Also, in their words, no charge because we couldn't fix it. Will call again if I'll need future service.

I contacted Water Heater Pros because others rated this company with five stars. Ace spent almost twelve minutes on the phone patiently answering my questions and explaining pressure relief valves and reduction valves, and what problems I was experiencing.
After confirming the home builders would not address my hot water heater problem, I called Ace back to schedule a repair. He quickly identified and replaced the faulty expansion tank, and also instructed me on routine maintenance that I can do myself.
My bill was one third of the potential cost we had previously discussed on the phone. He could easily have included things that were not bad (valves).
