Best Furnace Cleaning in Colorado Springs CO

The 2 technicians, Brandon and John did an excellent job installing our high efficiency furnace. They were very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining everything. They did a very good job on the cleanup. They both are an asset to Affordable Plumbing and I will ask for them in the future. Also, I want to thank Calib for working with us and his suggestions.

Richard, the tech, was awesome. Office lady should not be in this position. In addition to her nasty attitude, I never got the receipt she claims she just emailed. I need it for my records and should not have to beg.

Update: Owner's reply mentions a mix up with email. There was no mix up. The dispatcher read the email address to me correctly. The email simply wasn't sent. No mix up at all.

The time customer gives check is the time receipt should be given. Not a week or more later. I have never seen this in a business and find it unacceptable. Customer has no protection. Imagine if I said I would send check in a week or more. Not professional, fair, or ethical.

Also, very odd that you put nasty attitude in quotes. Very mocking. The woman was curt, hostile, had a clipped tone, and other reviews also mention unpleasant office staff. Rather than mock customer's words with quotes, it seems you would desire to fix the problem.

I have nothing but excellent things to say about Always Plumbing & Heating. My wife and I have been clients of theirs since 1995 and have never had any issues with their work whatsoever. They remodeled both bathrooms in our home, and do regular maintenance work on our furnace and drains. Whenever anyone asks who I would recommend for plumbing or heating work I always refer these guys because they are excellent at what they do.

Amazing people! They’re always here within 24 hours of calling! Always on time! Or early! They installed a new furnace and AC unit for us within a day! Super clean about it! They did the work as soon as they could especially since we have a 5 month old in the house. Andrew, Jacob, and Caleb, were the ones here for the install! Jacob was the one who came out and found out we needed a new unit. They’re super friendly. They explain everything they’re doing! Stephanie in the office is amazing and super sweet! Since when it comes to inspections they only tell them a day and it’s anywhere between 8-5, she made sure to call us to at least let us know what number we were on the list so we could leave for a little if we had too! Pope's plumbing is a very honest & dependable company....they were fully responsible for plumbing for over 500 homes and work was always done right the first time...I recommend Pope's plumbing 100%. Awesome owner's.

Technicians are very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and customer service oriented. However scheduling needs improvement, we were scheduled for 6-15-21 between 8 and 10am, the technician called in sick so we were rescheduled for 1pm and no word from the company until 6pm which was to reschedule for 6-18-21 between 8 and 10am, we didn't get the technicians on site until around 5pm after several calls to the office who weren't very helpful and come to find out the office had them scheduled on another install which turns out the office seemed unaware. The technicians are truly keeping this business going.

Tom/Tony were awesome installers. They showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job. They represented Parkey's very well. I strongly recommend using Parkey's for your next heating, plumbing or air conditioning needs.

I have done business with Alphalete Mechanical twice now and could not be more pleased. The first water heater replacement went off without a hitch and the building inspector told us that he wished more people did work like this. When we had need of a plumber at another house, our first call was to Alphalete and we were not disappointed. The work was done fast and accurate. We cannot thank these guys enough and if we need a plumber again, we will hire them in a heartbeat.

Quality work & products. Every employee including the owner played a part in my project of replacing two furnaces and installing AC. Sam & Dave did a great job and provided leadership to the team.

Hard to find a plumber that works weekends anymore! Or at least one that will call you back in a short time. Someone answered our call right away and was out quickly, and saved us some money. David was very professional and got the job fixed quickly.

Diego was awesome!! Made sure I understood what the charge was beforehand. He made sure he made a second appointment to finish the work as he didn’t have the specific part needed in his van. This was on a Saturday. He worked and quickly determined what the issue was. He was awesome and so was the company. Always keeping in touch on his arrival time, when he was on his way from the appointment before mine. The dispatch people were very courteous and very helpful. I will definitely use them again and specifically ask for Diego if I need further work done.
