Best Furnace Services in Colorado Springs CO

We used Affordable Plumbing again this past week to replace a valve box for a clothes washer. Mark did a great job. He was very knowledgable and professional.We had a problem with one of our toilets flushing properly. We called Affordable Plumbing and Heat and they were able to send someone out the next day. Kurt S. came and assessed and fixed the problem within an hour. Very straightforward and very honest.

We had them come out Monday to do a clean out on the sewer lines for preventive maintenance. They were hours late showing up. Then told us they would have to come back out tomorrow afternoon with another piece of equiptment to do the job because of my dad's stairlift was in the way. The guy told us it would be the same price we were quoted for Monday. Tuesday morning they show up and do the job, but charged us double what we were quoted. My husband called the operations manager who told him that the $264 we were charged was already a discounted charge. We were quoted $134.00 for the clean out. The operations manager wouldn't do anything. He didn't even seemed phased that our time was wasted the day before. I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone. I have already contacted our bank to dispute the charge. Don't waste your time or money with Leo's. They clearly don't care about their customers time!

We have used Smith Plumbing on our AC unit and now for a water meter rebuild. They have been extremely responsive when other local companies have not. Pete was at the house today. Called prior to arrival and was even early which was awesome. Customer service was great. Highly recommend Pete and Smith Plumbing in general!

They diagnosed and fixed what other companies could not. Very good communication. Honored their commitments and previous work.

Disappointing

Olson recommended, provided and installed a water heater for me in August 2006. Mine was 40 years old. The water heater would not stay lit. It went out after 20 minutes of warming, relit pilot light; 20 minutes…pilot and flame went out. Colorado Springs utilities came out twice to check water heater and furnace. They identified an issue with my furnace too. I called Olson to clean the furnace and repair the water heater.

The tech arrived at 8:55am – handed me an invoice at 9:50am – Billed me for TWO hours of labor, requested and used my vacuum to clean the water heater and furnace, described the water heater igniter has a defect. The tech stated the new water heater part may only last two months…he didn’t know. He said it was due to dust on the filter - pulled the filter out, held it up to his eyes and said oh, this one isnt dirty at all, you can see right through it.

I called the management who explained that the water heater got a good seven years of life! When I explained the experience with the tech (25 years experience) and that I had purchased the water heater from Olson - he agreed to give me a refund of 30 minutes labor. Really? He charged me two hours labor for a one hour job (explained that it includes drive time) and I live 10 minutes from their shop.

Very disappointed in quality of service and response to my complaint. I will not use Olson again.

Rick went above and beyond for us. As first time home buyers we didn't know what we were getting in to and Rick walked us through everything. I am amazing impressed.

Real great treatment from these guys. Couldn't ask for more. Decent price.

We’ve used One Source Home Service several times, and have had fantastic service every time. We had a hot water heater replaced same day, we’ve had our furnace and air conditioning replaced and upgraded, and we are having an outdoor ceiling fan installed. They call before they show up (so you don’t have to sit around waiting and can get stuff done), they’re always friendly and respectful of our house, and their services have been on time. I have and would recommend them to friends and family!

The install team did an amazing job removing and replacing the system quickly. They took time to explain the system and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Parkey's!
