Best Furnace Service in Colorado Springs CO

Absolutely wonderful service. The guys were fast and courteous, and got our new furnace and thermostat installed in about 5 hours. They also cleaned up when they were done, which was awesome (there was a lot of dust under the old furnace). I will definitely be using them again.

Leo’s had a quick response on a holiday weekend and still offered the lowest price in town! Worked with Craig W in the past and followed him to Leo’s! He is great and provides high quality work.

Neil came and looked at my unit coils kept freezing. One soure installed to big of a unit and weren’t willing to fix their mistake. Smiths took care of me. Highly recommend.

I didn’t know that much about furnaces until the guys from HVAC Solutions installed a new Lenex unit in our house. The time they took to explain how it functions and how to keep it efficient was extremely helpful but want impressed me most was when the PPRB Inspector ask me who did the install?

When I told him HVAC Solutions, his response was, “They always go above and beyond what’s expected “. He further showed me how well they layered the mounts and secured attachments. He also said, “this is top commercial grade work in a residential home. You don’t see that with many jobs I inspect for final approval.”

Our air conditioner stopped working properly on a Saturday night at 9pm. I looked through the telephone book for Air Conditioning companies that offered emergency services. Olson caught my eye because they have been around for over 100 yrs. I called and within a half hour Lowell showed up to our house and within the next half hour, had it fixed and running. Lowell was our hero that night and i will continue to use Olson for my regular check ups for Heating and Air as well as any issues i have with either unit. THANK YOU OLSON and Lowell for being there for us!!

The inspection last summer prepped me for the likely repairs required this year. Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

This is a positive review. Our old furnace failed in March of ’20, just as the state imposed COVID restrictions and while it was still cold enough to need a furnace. I asked three HVAC companies for bids. John from Comfort by Design was the only one to measure our house’s volume and count our windows. Considering things like warranty and price, he also gave us the best bid. The installers were quick, as quiet as such work allows, and neat. Everyone was masked when no one was used to wearing a mask. I can’t say enough for the team.

Unfortunately, we were not as satisfied with the furnace. Comfort by Design sent a tech out to make adjustments, but he couldn’t get it to work as we thought it should. I talked again to John, who contacted the manufacturer. I gave them until the fall since we wouldn’t need a furnace during the summer. Not once did any member of the team seem exasperated or dismissive of our complaints.

Ultimately, in November, because we were still dissatisfied, Comfort by Design replaced the furnace at no extra cost and with no arguments. The new furnace operates significantly better and we are now satisfied.

I would confidently recommend Comfort by Design to a friend.

He was friendly, on time-actually a bit early- and got the problem fixed in rapid time! Explained things in an easy to understand way and answered all my questions. The warning code light on my heater indicated a problem with the igniter. Matt came out right on time, diagnosed the problem as a too-short igniter bracket and a needed cleaning. He didn't have the necessary bracket with him, so returned the following week to perform the repair/cleaning. He only charged me for the cleaning! He was prompt, courteous, professional, and honest (did not try to up-sell me unnecessary parts or services). Call these guys for your heater repairs/servicing.
