We moved in to a house that had a backed up main. My landlord is out of the country, but gave me Olson's number. They were incredibly responsive and were at my house within about 30 mins. A couple weeks later (today) we realized that we still had an issue. Called them after hours, they arrived within the hour again. Ron was amazing, fixed it quickly. He wasn't even mad about having to come out after hours, or what pain it was getting it fixed lol. Would recommend a million times over!!

Did great job. Expedient. Friendly. Gave price for new Hot Water Heater and installation and that was what the bill was- not a penny more; included tax, permit and inspection. And he installed a good heater- not a cheap low end heater. Call him, not Home Depot!

Edit: Joe did reach out to me in an attempt to correct this situation, and provided a full refund to me. It sounds like there's some confusion with the phone numbers that Oak View has ended up, and this was all a big misunderstanding.

Well, this is a scam company. Our furnace quit on Saturday and Oak View's sticker was on the machine, so we called in a panic. Dana came right out, nice guy, said it was the mother board, and - with a discount - it'll cost us $1,100 plus labor. I look twice at my paperwork, figure out our Sears warranty is still good and they are replacing the board today. It is valued at $433. Dana wanted to charge me $1,100, plus labor for a $433 part. I think Oak View owes me a refund for the diagnostic charge that I did pay, I think Oak View was taking advantage of me when it was freezing outside and I had no heat 🤔

Andres and Josh came out today for an AC and lied told me it was the contactor for the ac. I bought the part replaced it and still not working. Purchased an compactor for the ac and guess what it $&@?:!? Works. We did not have the money at the time they were asking, so that gave us useless information in trade for a 5 star review. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Chris came right away the day our furnace stopped. It was of course on the weekend. He was able to find the part and fix it before the freezing temperatures came. I have used and highly recommended Parkey's to anyone looking for a great and honest company.

It was a great experience from start to finish. I will be using them again. And I would recommend them to everyone.

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

I needed some outdoor plumbing fixed from winter damage, the tech showed up, was very helpful, and friendly. I showed him where the problem was, he quickly examined the problem and told me he could fix it immediately. He fixed the issue, hooked up my swamp cooler, and even repaired that line for me. VERY professional and Very nice young man. WireNut definitely will be on my list of businesses to call again!!!!!!
