Best Emergency Plumber Services in Colorado Springs CO

Came back to edit my review. Their absolute poor service and inconsistencies on the plumbing side tarnished any good they may have had. Never were they on time, leaking finished connections, and Jon-lise F. So called regional collections manager. I would be embarrassed to have such a rude and obnoxious employee on my payroll. How someone could be so rude is astonishing. The invoice stated work to be done included, re-camera, hydro-jet and pulling of permits. Which none of the 3 were done. Jon-lise F. told me that only means if they need to be done. So I believe I should be able to get a deduction in price as that work was not performed. I told her her contract conflicts with what she is saying over the phone. The contract does not state if. She had the audacity to say what, do you want us to rewrite our contracts just for you? Followed by it doesn't matter it won't change anything. I cannot believe one would allow her to speak on behalf of ones company.

We have a medium sized Manufacturing Facility and the main drain line in the ceiling was clogged from one end of the building to the other with years of sediment. The guys from Leo's came in with their plumber and helped work out a plan to install clean outs and blast the drain. At 2:30 AM they were back when operations were down, and blasted a 4 pipe free of the debris. The expected mess was kept to a reasonable minimum, and they honored the quoted price. I cannot say anything but extremely positive comments about the crew that got our facility running again with virtually no notice.

Had Mike Podczervinski come out and install a new water heater at a very fair price and without any issues. He also came back a few days later to check on it to ensure there were no issues. I'll be hiring Bill's for all future plumbing needs.

Jorge is the only plumber we'd recommend. He's worked on multiple projects for us including sprinkler back flows, water heater piping, installing a kitchen sink and a utility sink and disconnecting our old gas heater. He's punctual and very reasonable with his costs! Highly recommended!!

I was transferred to this provider after the company I originally used got bought out by them. Since then, I have had nothing but problems. They sold me a membership that is supposed to have someone upkeep my swamp cooler and furnace annually, they never show up. They do call from time to time to schedule it but I never see them. Yesterday I called to see if they might be able to install an AC unit (though I had a bad experience I chalked it up to Covid and wanted to get another estimate, mistake!) I called the intake person who told me someone would call my from dispatch to schedule the service, someone then called me and asked me what time I am available to which I responded it depends on which day to which the person said okay I will have dispatch call and schedule something. Why couldn't the first person I call schedule something? Or at least the second? Why do I need three people to get something on the calendar? The process this company uses is maddening. Not to mention, they will send a tech to your house who isn't capable of completing the job but will sure try to upsell you. One person tried to tell me that I could get rid of the air freshener in my house if I would tile the floor in my crawl space. My house doesn't smell, I just like it to smell like flowers sir! What does tiling the floor of my crawl space have to do with anything? My furnace I had installed in 2019 stopped working and come to find out they wired it poorly and I had to replace the thermostat because they failed to look and see that the thermostat was the problem. It may have been the problem all along, who knows. I already spent the $6000 so it's a moot point. (As a first time homeowner, I am still learning to ask more questions.) They love to take your money but don't like to return calls or actually provide the service they charge you for. RUN! Go with literally anyone else. Save yourself the headache.

So, we had what we thought was a clogged pipe on a Saturday. I thought I would be able to unclog it with a snake from HD. Unfortunately, after a few tries and a lot of frustration I called Smith Plumbing. They were able to get a plumber out within a few hours. Arsenio came out on a Saturday evening and diagnosed the problem. It was a lot more than a clogged pipe. We had a broken cast iron sewage pipe leading to the septic tank which was located under the concrete foundation. Arsenio proceeded to explain everything to us and get to work. He brought a team of people everyday until they were able to get all the concrete up and replace the pipe. Since our house was being tore up, we figured we would run a gas line and have some electrical work done as well. Arsenio did a great job getting all the work completed to include permits all the way to drywall repair. Arsenio also communicated with us every step of the way, which is not always the case when getting your house repaired. Arsenio was professional, courteous, knowledgable and a hard worker. Smith Plumbing and Arsenio bailed us out of a jam and didn't gouge us on the price even though they knew we were dead in the water. I would recommend them for anyone who needs plumbing, gas line or electrical work. Great company to work with!

This guy did a bang up job, quick and professional. Costed meet next to nothing. Friendly service, and a pleasure to have in my home. Thanks again man for saving the day!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Luke did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend him and this company again! I received over 6 bids to install a water heater and he gave the best price, best equipment, and quickest installation of all the bids. He was able to do the install the day after the water heater arrived from Denver.

I was very satisfied by the service I received on short notice on a Sunday. Not every plumber has the right tools or the right attitude. Clint had both. If he is typical of the technicians employed by Mr. Rooter they will meet or exceed your expectations.

had to replace hose in kitchen sink,i tried and tried to get hose to pass thru hooked neck,had to call green plumbing, dealt with zack,he told me what to do ,which i dd but still couldn't get hose to budge past a certain point. called him back he was here in about 30-40 minutes, and did what i couldn't do in several hours about 7 minutes...AMEN!!!!

Replaced the circuit breaker, fine. I wanted them to do some extra work, agreed to a deposit fee, but needed to cancel because life happens, they told me no cancellation because it’s “sold work.” Sold work that I don’t want but have to pay for despite them not doing it? You can keep my $1200, and I’ll leave this review in return and never consider your services again.Best wishes.
