Best Emergency Boiler Repair in Colorado Springs CO

I will never use them again and wont recomment to anyone! Called them around 9pm for emergency assist with broken shower faucet, water wouldnt stop. Paid $125 for after hours/emergency call. When technician arrived I got a quote to replace shower foucet cartrige for another $740.Next morning I went to The Home Depot, got same cartridge for $50 plus 10 minutes my own time to replace it. They clearly take agvantage of people!

At first I was very pleased with the furnace and installation. I paid for an air filter that I was advised would help with dust issues I have, I didn’t. I was advised that they could not hook up my existing A/C unit because it uses R-22. Ok, I get that. What they didn’t do was ask if I wanted to keep the condenser so that we could hook up the A/C unit ourselves or pay someone to do it for us (it won’t void the furnace warranty because it’s a separate unit). They scrapped it and now my perfectly good A/C unit is useless and it will cost me thousands to replace it. Did y’all think that doing something so shady would earn you more of my business? I can tell you right now, I’ll be paying someone else to replace my A/C when I’m in a position to do so.I filled out a similar review via the text you sent after Dylan (who by the way is the ONLY part of your company I like) came to replace the filters a couple weeks ago. I got no response to the private review I left so now it’s going on Google for potential customers to read so that they are informed about how you do business.Thanks for costing me thousands of dollars I didn’t need to spend... I’m glad you’re made of money, I’m certainly not.

Sewer system backed up on, you guessed it, New Years Day (Sunday). Olson not only answered the phone, but sent a technician that afternoon. He was professional and efficient. He noticed an issue with a toilet, so Olson sent a plumber who fixed that problem. I get it. They were making overtime due to working on a holiday. Still, they were working on a holiday. And they did so with good cheer, patience, expertise, and for a surprisingly reasonable rate, all things considered. Great experience with Olson!

The men that showed at my house were very friendly and didn't waste any time to fix my shower. After they fixed it they helped adjusting the temp to every shower in my house and gave me some advice on how my water heater works. I will definitely be using this company again.

The owner, Scott, came out on Tuesday for a quote and beat all other quotes. We had an appointment set up for us the very next day and the install went incredibly smooth. All technicians and installers were incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgable. We will definitely be calling them for all our future HVAC and plumbing needs.

We had a natural gas leak behind the stove. I tried to fix it but couldn’t. Jeff, the owner was here on time and did a great job sealing the leak. We will use Green Plumbing again and I would recommend them to anyone.

Today we had a fabulous service technician named Brandon. The services he provided were excellent! I cannot say enough good things about Flow Right. We had water problems yesterday (Sunday) and we got two very good service technicians to solve one of our problems. We were then scheduled for the remainder of the work on Wednesday morning, but due to a cancellation, Brandon came out this morning. Everyone we dealt with was courteous. They do great work at a good price. Thank you, Flow Right, for the great service. Brandon, you were terrific! Bailey says HI!
