I had an estimate done 1 month ago for some plumbing g work and I called them 3 ti.es for the estimate and they kept telling me the estimator will contact me soon.

Had a great experience with Oak View Mechanical. Installed an A/C condenser quickly and passed inspection without incident. Had a few other quotes from HVAC companies for the same install, and Oak View was able to give us a bigger unit at a much better price! I will not hesitate to use them for future HVAC needs!

I have a 20 year old heated flooring system that suddenly stopped working this winter. Bob diagnosed the issues and made the repairs at convenient times for my schedule. My floors are heating nicely once again!

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

Then I was fortunate to meet Scott, a co-owner who came out to see what I needed and to give me a quote--you could hear and see the pride and passion he has for his company. Then the installers Jeremy, Anthony, Mike, and Brian came out to install a new furnace and AC unit—very professional and friendly—their hard work passed the inspection with flying colors. And Samantha at the office made certain that I was taken care of and happy with the process from beginning to end. I tell all my friends and neighbors about Comfort by Design—word of mouth is invaluable—I highly recommend them!!

Whenever I used my washer, my downstairs shower drain would back up. I called Flow Right and they sent their tech Daniel within an hour after I called. He was knowledgeable, polite and took care of the problem in record time. The price was reasonable and I will certainly call Flow Right again for my plumbing needs.

I needed some outdoor plumbing fixed from winter damage, the tech showed up, was very helpful, and friendly. I showed him where the problem was, he quickly examined the problem and told me he could fix it immediately. He fixed the issue, hooked up my swamp cooler, and even repaired that line for me. VERY professional and Very nice young man. WireNut definitely will be on my list of businesses to call again!!!!!!

Scott came out to the house to inspect and repair our fireplace today. We purchased the house with the fireplace broken so we didn't know what it would take and were anticipating a huge bill. We were so wrong! Scott was professional, on time, and very friendly. He worked quickly and had parts in his truck for the small repair. Thankfully it was a small issue and he fixed it right on the spot. He also provided me with advice on how to keep it running well and logistics to pay attention to moving forward.
