Best Drains Clean in Colorado Springs CO

Our furnace quit on Monday night. We called Affordable Plumbing and heat early on Tuesday morning. A tech came out to diagnose our furnace and said they didn't have the part in stock so would have to order from Denver. The part would be in early the next day and our furnace would be repaired. They called in the early afternoon the next day to say the part didn't come in and they would have to wait another day. The next day came and around 4:30 in the afternoon they called to say there was another mix up and it would be another few days. We have been without heat for three days and two nights now during the coldest part of the year so far and now are told to expect another few days until our furnace can be repaired. They wouldn't even offer a discount. I can't recommend this business to anyone I, for one, will never deal with them again. Totally unprofessional. Update: I just called Reliable heating and cooling. They sent a tech out within a half hour. Very professional. He checked the furnace, cleaned the broken part in question and we have heat again. And for $200 less than the Affordable quote. Needless to say, I will be dealing with Reliable HVAC in the future

Very knowledgeable and gave me upfront pricing. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it promptly. He gave excellent tips to avoid it in the future. They don’t give you pricing over the phone, which is understandable because they don’t know what kind of issue they’ll be dealing with. Overall very satisfied with the drain cleaning service.

Rick and his team were amazing. They were personable, professional and answered all our questions. They installed a gas line and hooked up our dishwasher (that came with no wiring or the correct plumbing). Through patience and problem solving we have a wonderful gas line and a working dishwasher. Advantage Plumbing came out on an emergency basis at night when we had a back up. The rate was reasonable. The customer service was great. They unstopped the line and brought the camera out in a few days and ran the lines to our septic and found a dip in the line. We knew we had a slight dip but it had gotten worse. The probelm was close to our septic tank. They had the line dug up and repaired and all landscaping replaced in a very timely manner. You could not tell any work had been done.
I am so very impressed with the customer service. Sean and David and all the workers are great. They do not keep you waiting in an emergency. Thank you. They will definitely be the ones I call for any of my plumbing needs in the future.

Had a small sewage backup because of the crazy storm we just had and didn't think I'd be able to get anyone out right away, but I only had to wait a few hours. The young man (I forgot his name!!) who did the work was very friendly and thorough. Positive experience.
