Best Drain Line in Colorado Springs CO

I called on this business for a leak I was experiencing. The initial evaluation was tough to pinpoint. The technician contacted the management team to bounce off and assist. Curtis and Matt stopped by the following day identifying the issue. This saved me a leak detect service fee. They were patient with my questions to understand issue. The work for now is about replacing tile and they even provided a couple references. Grateful for integrity of this business to follow through on tough job and provide me direction to work to get resolved.

Bill's Plumbing and Drain have been our company and family's go-to plumbing company for some time now. They are always friendly and helpful when scheduling. Their plumbers are extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. They are always on time and their pricing is fair. Bill's Plumbing and Drain also goes above and beyond to make sure the work is done properly. They have a warranty on all their work that they actually stand by and will come back out however many times it takes to make sure it’s done right. We have never needed to use the warranty but it’s nice to know it’s there! Bill's truly is a family owned and operated company that treats all of their customers like an extension of their family!

Jorge did wonderful job of new basement intall of bathroom and bar. Very personable and consciousness. Highly recommend. Very skilled but at a reasonable price. Completed shower/tub, sink and toilet. Bar install: garbage disposal, sink and dishwasher. Very kind even when we made last minute changes from tile to vinyl floors. He had to redo toilet drain but completed quickly and professionally. Really cares that customer is happy with job. Thank you GSES!

Excellent service

We asked Ed to install new plumbing into a new kitchenette sink from the bathroom on the other side of the wall. Naturally, this proved to be more complicated and difficult than it appeared, but Ed proved resourceful and experienced, and overcame the many obstacles that existed. He worked tirelessly to finish the job, cleaning up thoroughly after doing a fabulous job. Very impressed and very grateful--highly recommend!

3 weeks ago I stopped by Smith Plumbing & Heating to check on getting my furnace in my garage checked out and visited with a nice guy at the counter named Karl, he listened and answered all of my questions and gave me options and told me about a Ultimate Service Plan that had many perks. I told him that i'd have to think about it and he said no problem and no pressure, just let us know if you decide. Fast forward 3 weeks when I come home to find my home furnace not working so I call Smith Plumbing & Heating and tell the agent my situation and i'd like to join the Ultimate Service Plan and he says i'll put you on the schedule which it was 5:00pm, within minutes I get a call from a technician saying he's on his way. When he arrives it happens to be Karl Kolb (Technician #002) which i'd visited with 3 weeks earlier. Within minutes he diagnoses that the ignitor is bad and he has a new one on his truck and after replacing it he notices that it is staying on after ignition and shows me the issue, he finds that the computer board is bad and also has a new one on his truck and replaces it and shows me the way that it works correctly after the repair. Karl was professional, very knowledgeable, skillful, personable and patient explaining and showing me the issues. I would highly recommend Karl Kolb (Technician #002) and Smith Plumbing & Heating. Affordable, immediately available, great job, definitely will use if needed again!

Our main drain clapsed in the front yard. Fred and his excavation crew had us back in service in 4 hours upon arrival. They did all repairs, got utility lines located and treated our landscaped yard as their own. The next morning they met with inspectors who spoke highly of them and had our yard back to normal the same day. You could not even tell they were there. GREAT JOB!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Royce was by far one of the best technicians I’ve had at One Source and CO Springs in general. I had cam lighting installed in my living room. He listened to my questions, concerns, and ideas of what I wanted and worked to ensure my needs were met. He was quick with attention to detail and clean up after each part making sure there wasn’t any clutter. Highly recommend him for the job!

Rick and his team were amazing. They were personable, professional and answered all our questions. They installed a gas line and hooked up our dishwasher (that came with no wiring or the correct plumbing). Through patience and problem solving we have a wonderful gas line and a working dishwasher. I have already referred Rick to several of my friends and can't speak any higher of a contractor.

In August we developed problems with our old hot water heater. We called several plumbers in the Colorado Springs area. Some would not schedule an appointment for one to two weeks. Then we called Oak View Mechanical. They put us in touch with their master plumber, Tim, and he said he could look at our problem the same day. Since we have an older house, the replacement evolved into a major project. County codes had changed and our venting no longer met code. We also had to replace our old furnace, as well as the hot water heater. Also, the old electricity was only 110 volts and had to be upgraded to 220. With this change, we decided to also install an air conditioner.

Oak View’s owner (Joe), master plumber (Tim), and master mechanic (Dana), and the owner of the electric company they recommended (Mark, Gaddie Electric) came to our house at the same time to look at the project and discuss it with us. At every step of the way, they consulted with us to insure they were doing what we wanted and promptly answered our questions. They staged the job and coordinated with everyone involved to minimize the inconvenience to us. They did the removal, installation, and rewiring in only two days! They set up the appointment with the county inspectors on a day convenient for us. They were very considerate of us and cleaned up all the debris. Our job was unusual because the house, hot water heater, and furnace were so old. Joe, Tim, Dana, and Mark were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We were very pleased to be able to schedule same-day service and were very satisfied with the technician, David. He was friendly and did a professional job.

I felt their pricing was high. There was a $75 call-out fee which I incorrectly assumed would be applied to the cost if we went ahead with the service. I was mistaken. When I made the appointment I asked about pricing. I think they should have been able to either provide a rough estimate or hourly rate, but they did neither. The total cost of the faucet installation was $305 despite it taking less than one hour. I was expecting to pay $150 or at most $200. According to HomeAdvisor and several other sites, it should have cost $120 - $300 so B&L does good work but is on the high side.
