My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. In the past year we had a sewer line break and back up, hand shower with slide bar install and a repipe needed for a bathroom remodel. DMC(works under B & L) took care of the sewer line repair. They also honored a warranty by moving a valve in a more convenient location. For all these issues, B & L/DMC management and plumbers were courteous, prompt and thorough. They answered questions and explained the situation in laymans terms. Outstanding!
