Smith did SO much for us. After having another company's shaudy job back up on us (literally) I called Smith because of the pink vans because that's who I could remember.Nathan and Pete came out to take a look at what was going on, they went through everything and found the root (hahaha...) of the problem. We not only still had tree roots (after having it rooted the month before by the other company), we had a busted pipe and a few other issues that needed to be taken care of sooner than later.Nathan and Pete were super professional and fielded all the questions we had. Smith was able to get to work the next morning, replacing seventy foot of pipes and install the new water line in one day, getting us back up and going in less than 24 hours.The men who did the work, Carlos and Jesus, were wonderful, super respectful and professional. We had Smith do the sewer repair, a new waterline, a new water heater (ours was 30+ years old...), redid our seized up shut offs.We will be working with Smith and Nathan again in the near future! Thanks guys for getting our sh*ty situation taken care of!

Very quick, affordable, honest, and professional. We had a busted pipe out back and they sent someone out within a couple hours of my calling and he fixed it. Definitely going to be our go to for all our plumbing needs.

I have used Parkey’s for almost 20 years now, first when i had investment properties and then for my personal residences. The techs were and always are professional and knowledgeable. When finished with the install they showed us how to maintain the equipment and operate the thermostat. As a person out in the public I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and talk with him.

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

We had Wirenut do the install of our water softener and water heater maintenance this last week. Brian & Tyler came out and did a fantastic job. The guys were very professional and courteous. They did a great job and their work area was spotless after they completed the work. They did a great job explaining how the system worked and made sure they answered all my questions before they departed. Great job guys!

Austin did a really good job on the repair of my toilet downstairs, as well as my sink P-trap. He was really friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed as to what the status of the job was. Very Good.

Super helpful. Didnt mind that I had a million questions, answered everyone and even answered a few I didnt even know I had. Bestway did my solar project over the last few weeks.
