I haven't had the work done yet. I got an estimate from another company and it was $1000 more. Roy was professional, politer, but most of all I felt like he was honest. He provided me with knowledge, recommendation, and personal experience. He was very down to earth.

On Sunday we were calling different plumbing companies to see who could come out since we were having a plumbing emergency happening. When we called Leo's they had contacted us back in a timley matter and sent Eduardo. Eduardo was very nice,patient,and dedicated to help solve our plumbing emergency. When Eduardo was at our house we had used a previous plumbing company who told us they installed and charged us for a piece that was never installed. This company was prompt, honest, reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend this company and be using them again in the future. Thank you again

We just started to have water leaking through our ceiling from our upstairs shower. Marvin got an appointment scheduled very quickly and Jerry came out to fix it. They were amazing. Super thorough and very high quality. Jerry was able to quickly diagnose and fix the leak for much less money than I expected. We have a bunch of other plumbing things we want done and I’ll definitely be using them for my future plumbing.

Ed was very helpful and used parts he already had to do my outdoor spigot repair to save me money. He explained everything very well.

I just had Karl from Smith Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical at my house to install a C-Wire correctly and was so impressed by his knowledge and professionalism, I also signed a maintenance agreement with him and Smith PHCE. Sure is nice to deal with an ethical company as opposed to the dumpster fire of One Source Home Service. I would highly recommend looking at all the reviews about One Source and how terrible they are to their customers!! They should not be in business! I highly recommend Smith Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical!!!!

When having another company in town do a regular furnace tune up in our recently purchased home, it was brought to our attention that we were going to need a new furnace, but their prices felt too high. I called Olson before those guys left my house and even without being in my house were able to give me an estimate on a better unit for thousands $$$ lower. Alex with Olson is normally a foreman, but was the one that came to do an estimate, and wow! He was phenomenal! He also recommend replacing our furnace, but he put all the concerns that the other guys had to rest. His 30 years of experience/passion/ knowledge was very obvious and he was able to help us decide on the appropriate unit for our home and family. Even though we weren't planning on getting a new AC unit, he also talked through future options on that too but was not pushy at all; he was truly serving our family as best he could. Within days, we had a new more-efficient furnace installed. We have three little kids including a new born and our heat was starting to go out; they moved up our timeline and got things rolling even faster. If we're needing a major appliance change or just a yearly tune-up, Olson will always have our business after these multiple interactions. Rick and his team were great. While many plumbers in the area said they could not complete the task to repair the pvc in my sprinkler box, Rick was up for it. He responded much faster than any sprinkler service could (the day after versus weeks after) and was very professional and provided me a competitive price. Very satisfied with his service and would recommend him to anyone!

Well let me start here, some of you might understand living in a big complex & maintenance have their hands full, Our head maintenance Ed needed assistance on the issue so he called out your team & it was AMAZING, BRIAN was Fabulous, very Professional, very Friendly & most of all very Knowledgeable. Brain fixed the issue in Amazing time & cleaned the work area, when he finished that... he went about & beyond by showing me the gas shut off valves & not only that he even checked my O2 Sensor & even Explained to me how that worked. I can't say enough good things about this company. I had a leak in my ceiling coming into my living room and couldn't figure out where it was from. After calling a different plumbing company out first we quickly sent them away due to their poor service and outrageous prices. B&L was very responsive and sent someone the next day. Stuart helped us out and had to come and go a few times over a weeks time to get the repair done. He was very knowledgeable and sympathetic with our bad news on the repair. Even the ladies in the office were super kind each time I called and moved appts around. Kudos to this company for hiring such amazing people. Thank you Stuart and B&L for all the help and repairs you did. We can sleep better at night now!

Great job by Advantage on my sewer line repair. I had a plumbing issue and received a pricey quote from one of the chain rooter companies, who I didn't trust from the start due to their sales tactics. I called Advantage, where the owner answered the phone and was generous with his time talking through my potential issues. Josh came out and confirmed that I needed the work, but quoted and completed the job for 40% less than the other quote. These guys were nothing but straight shooters throughout the process. The professionalism, good communication, and cleanup of the work site was beyond my expectations. I've not not been lucky enough to receive such good service in any other type of home maintenance, so I had to get on here and say so.

Have used Parkey's for furnace and water heater in the past so when I had a plumbing leak of course I called them again. They worked around my work schedule without any problems. Rob B. was very polite and fixed the leak very quickly and professionally. He answered all my questions and even took the time to showed me things when I asked. Great service!
