I have used Pro Power Rooter twice for clogged drains. Mark earned his money both times because of the difficulty and effort needed to get the job done. I highly recommend his services!

Our technician, Mitchell, was delightful. He was fairly new at this job, but had the sense to call someone when he ran into a situation that he couldn't handle at the time. We got 3 more techs to help!! The job was finished to our satisfaction and our other questions were answered professionally. And the price was right.

Derek and Devon were great! They repaired quickly once our management approved the repairs needed. They even tolerated my precocious 4.5 year old wanting to watch everything haha. Worked with John Speiser. We had issues with our water heater pilot light not staying on. John worked with us to offer multiple alternatives to help fix things, which ultimately culminated in our doing a complete water heater replacement for an 8-yr old unit. John was great. Talkative, nice, and professional - and explained things to me in a way where I understood. As a company, B&L was great. They came out quickly, offered alternatives, and the work was done within 3 hours from start to finish for a full replacement. Price was very competitive vs. some of the larger competitors. Jason came and installed new shower fixtures and put in a new gas line for my range. He did an incredible job! He did the shower in a way that I didn't need to do any tile work, the gas line was done super fast and he even gave me a bunch of advice on a water meter issue he noticed and set me straight about my water heater (I thought I needed to replace it but he showed me that it was totally fine). I whole heartedly recommend him for any job and the next time I need a plumber calling green plumbing will be a no brainer. I wish I could give more than five stars!

The plumber, named Adam, did an absolutely amazing job. He was quick, kind, knowledgeable and understood how to solve the problem. They didn't charge us a crazy expensive amount and even gave recommendations to help save some money while not losing quality. I will be using this company again and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs a plumbing service.

I just have to say it is very....I mean VERY tough to get things done to my husband's standards when it comes to hiring a professional to do a job and Dennis did just that! I called about 7 other plumbers who were going to charge us a $50 or more service charge just to come out and see what the problem could be! And then on top of that, that charge was NOT going to be applied to any repairs that were going to be needed. Dennis not only didn't charge a service call fee, he also didn't charge us for the repair since he said it was something that my husband could probably have done himself. Seriously???? There just aren't that many honest, professional and kind people out there anymore who will treat you fair and see you as a person and not a dollar. Thanks Dennis for your help....we WILL be recommending you to anyone we can and hiring you for any future plumbing needs.
