So I called the company to come and check a leakage in my master bathroom , the company had said there would be a $85.00 charge to come out, I was under the impression the $85.00 was to diagnose what it was wrong with the faucet, turns out the company charged me another $200 for the diagnosis alone without consulting with me, in addition to that the so called technician at the end gave us a quote of over $2000 not to include the $ 85.00 service charge to repair the problem. Please if you were to use this Company be careful and make sure that you know beforehand the exact amount that you’re going to be charge otherwise they will rob you, that’s the way I felt. I will not recommend this company to anyone, to expensive and not professional.

Jorge is person you want to hire to give your home some TLC! He came into our bathroom remodel after the previous contractors had made multiple mistakes, he listened to my concerns, and immediately recommended potential repairs and sprang into action. By the end of the day he had improved our bathroom many times over. The ultimate work that he did was well above the initial quote of installing a clawfoot tub with exposed telephone plumbing and he charged us very fairly for the work. I cannot recommend Jorge enough. He knows plumbing, takes the time to get the job done right the first time, and as an added bonus, he really understands remodeling so he is a great addition to most home projects.

Justin came to tune up the heating system and was very professional and friendly. Took pictures of everything and explained in detail everything to know about my system and what he did. Signed up for the annual membership and will be requesting him each time they come!

Ed, Ann, and Always Plumbing are my go to for any water related issues that I might have. The first time I worked with Ed, he installed a new water line and outdoor spigot. Ed worked with me to determine the most efficient and cost effective approach to get the job done right. I recently called Always Plumbing concerning an issue I was having after installing replacement parts in my shower system. Over the phone, and at no cost to me, Ed was able to give me the solution to problem and I completed the work myself within two minutes, after all, I created it!

Rick and his team were great. While many plumbers in the area said they could not complete the task to repair the pvc in my sprinkler box, Rick was up for it. He responded much faster than any sprinkler service could (the day after versus weeks after) and was very professional and provided me a competitive price. Very satisfied with his service and would recommend him to anyone!

We had a clogged drain under our house and the first plumbing company could not diagnose or solve the issue. Michael the plumber that was sent out by Mr. Rooter was very knowledgeable and persistent and was able to unclog the drain. He spent a lot of time figuring out where the blockage was. He had a manager come out, Dan who was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. The first company said we probably needed to break up our concrete floor and replace the main cast iron pipe. Michael and Dan were able to locate a T in the 3 inch drain and use a camera to find the clog and clear it. Our experience with Michael and Dan was very positive and we were fully satisfied with their service.

Had a new boiler heating system installed. Diego and his team were on time and answered any questions we had. The boiler is up and running and we finally have something that works. Very qualified people and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Another update: Leaving all my reviews to show the trail, but eventually they did fix my water heater. The guy they sent was very kind and pleasant. I am grateful that it was fixed even though I had a migraine in the process. I would still call them again as the on-call guy did fix it and was a nice person.

I had my water heater fixed 8/30/21, and it already stopped working. Trying to call them about this is impossible. They do not answer the phone if they know someone with a problem needs them. They also sent me a bill that should have gone to my landlord when he disputed their charges to his credit card, and they included his credit card information. Seriously, they gave me access to my landlords credit card. They did not even look at the name on the credit card that had reversed the charges. Now I have to have them back for repair work, and I am very nervous about having them in my apartment again. The last guy was very rude to me and acted like I was inconveniencing him instead of paying him to do a job. So unprofessional!!!

Dustin and Anthony worked 10 hours nonstop installing a high efficiency furnace and humidifier today. They were professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company.

Going to still keep an eye on it but I spoke with Jeff today about a leak in my rental and he guided me to fix it over the phone! Amazing service! I'll definitely call again if I need further assistance.

Brandon was absolutely fantastic! Very informative and great quality work! We were able to get a same day appointment, Brandon showed up at noon (window was noon-2) and completed work within the hour! Will for sure recommend and will be a repeat customer!
