We had flooding/water backup into the laundry room because the mainline got clogged. Didn't discover this until 8pm on Good Friday. Olson was the first company that was able to provide service to our after hours holiday emergency. The technician Brandon was professional, explained what he was doing, why there could be mainline clogs, and advised additional follow-up with Olson for some other potential plumbing improvements. Only company I will call going forward.

Oakview Mechanical in Colorado Springs quickly fixed my mother’s gas furnace. Their technician, Nathan was out to her house within 90 minutes of my call. He was very professional, polite, and above all, highly skilled. He had to leave to get a part across town but was back pretty quickly. It was a mother board, so only 1 place had one in stock. He finished up an my mom now has heat again. I highly recommend Oakview Mechanical for you HVAC needs. You won’t be disappointed

PLEASE BEWARE!!!Our company was bidding a water heater against this company and the customer told us that One Source tech said we were a rink a dink company and purchased water heaters from Home Depot. We would never purchase a water heater from Home Depot. The tech was selling upgrades that they were told were code that is not needed!! Been in the business for over 41 years & I don't knock other companies in our industry but I'm sorry when companies take advange of people it's not just right period.

They gave us a price for installation of water heater and expected us to pull the permit.
When I went to the building department I was told since they were licensed they had to pull the permit. And since the work was already completed the building department called them and said get that permit pulled now or we will find you. Then they sent us an inflated bill more than the building department charge them.
Before you let those people work on your stuff find out if they pulled the permit prior to starting any type of work.
And if there license is up-to-date a lot of contractors let their license and insurance lapse.
Permit to install a water heater gas is $44 if you go directly to the building department.
Call your local building department find out that everything is in order and up to par.

We used Parkey’s for AC installation and a furnace replacement. Everyone was on time, polite, and helpful. We were able to get everything installed within 6 weeks of my original inquiry. The price was extremely reasonable as well.

I just bought my first house and my Realtor recommended Mike to check out my furnace and water heater. He told me what upgrades I could do and the benefits, but was very open about how I didn't need to do those things if I didn't want to. I went online to find a company to do the fall maintenance on our businesses furnace, and was told by the first company that it was damaged and we needed to replace it.
Decided to get a second opinion and if needed, another quote. The technician from Comfort By Design came and checked out the system and did a carbon monoxide test and found nothing wrong with the unit.
Thank you so much for your honesty. We will definitely call Comfort By Design if we have any future needs.

Brandon came out to replace a worn out shower valve cartridge. He was prompt, friendly and professional. I had questions about my boiler unit and in-floor radiant heat system. He got on the phone and scheduled Tim to come out and assess our heating system. Tim was also prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. He spent over an hour explaining repair, replacement options and pricing. Thank You!!

Anthony and Matthew also completed duct sealing. They encountered some problems with the sealing because of our AC configuration but pushed through the problems and completed the task with incredible professionalism and care. They also explained what they were doing and why. WireNut also brought in extra help to complete this difficult project in a timely manner. It was a pleasure having all the workers in our home!
