I wasn't satisfied with my first appointment with Affordable Plumbing. I called to express my disappointment and my call was returned by a manager. He rescheduled a follow up appointment to remedy the situation. A technician showed up less than a week later to fix the leak in my AC line. He not only fixed the leak (which required recovering all refrigerant, torching the line, and then refilling it) he ensured there was no other leak by testing the line pressure and even did an *excellent* job thoroughly re-insulating my A/C line.Affordable Plumbing went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with their service. It's rare to come across a company with this much integrity this day in age, but I'm glad I did.

I had a new furnace installed, the 2 men that did the work tore up my floor,and within 3 weeks the furnace was smoking. They didnt even have a inspection ordered.As far as the floor, they are just brushing it off.i have called multiple times just have the nice office ladies say they will contacy the managers. The furnace has been replaced for the 2nd time.that guy did a good job. But still no resolution on my floor. Be very aware of this company ,they dont care about the damage that is done to your home!!!

I booked an appointment with Western Peak Plumbing and received prompt communication to set the perfect day/time for the work to be performed. The gentlemen who came were on time and professional with just the right amount of friendliness. The cost was very reasonable and they made it easy to pay. Would 100% recommend and use again.

ZERO Stars if possible. Just got off the phone with Olson. I have NEVER had such horrible customer service! After calling 2 weeks ago and sending a request for information I got snubbed and hung up on. Christina in service is by far the RUDEST person I have ever dealt with. After a couple of sighs of annoyance when I asked for information on opening a new commercial account, she grudgingly told me she didn't care about anything I had asked about and refused to give me information. We have 5 commercial building at 15K Square feet plus in each and aren't pesant nobodies. After she hung up she had the nerve to call my number back and hang up again as to see if i was an actual customer or not. If this is who represents Olson heating and plumbin, then STAY AWAY AND DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Seriously I feel very insulted and would NEVER recommend then to anyone let alone do business with them.

Pope's plumbing is a very honest & dependable company....they were fully responsible for plumbing for over 500 homes and work was always done right the first time...I recommend Pope's plumbing 100%. Awesome owner's.

This company will nickel and dime you for labor costs. For 3 cracks in a ~3 foot pipe section, my wife was quoted $210 which is high already, but I wasn't home so she agreed. The tech then ended up charging me $410 after changing the invoice. I tried to call and resolve it with Management for 2 weeks, and they never returned my many calls.

I have been using Caliber for years. As a Realtor as well as for my own home. They are reasonable and do a great job. I have referred them to clients who are also very happy with their services. A great team.

These guys are great and reasonably priced. Donny came thru and could not find our leak, didn't charge us for that visit but had another team with a sensor come out and found the leak from a nail that hit a pipe from builder install in 2007. Fixed the leak and problem solved. Amazing work and definitely only calling these guys for any work at the house or our brewery Atrevida Beer Co. Always proud to support a Councilo member. Orale keep doing work!

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

I’m very impressed with Comfort By Design and the quality of workmanship of their services. I first had them out to replace the ducting and move the return air vent from the floor to a wall in my 120+ yr old home. Mike and Dustin spent nearly all day in my creepy basement and crawl space getting the work done without complaint. I then had them install AC, a humidifier, and REME Halo Whole Home In-Duct Air Purifier in my home. The cost was competitive, again their work high quality, and I’m sitting comfortably in my old home with current technology. I highly recommend Comfort by Design over any other HVAC company in Colorado Springs.

Already had planned to have these guys out to check on our water heater as some hot water started to go brown and ironically the water heater started leaking the morning they came. Recommended a replacement and had it done the next day (offered to do same day, but we didn't want to make them work super late). Professional and offered explanations on everything they were doing.

Worked here for 1 year. I quit due to better opportunities. Its been 1 month and 2 weeks and still haven't received my last check.

A Technician comes to my house and treats me awful, refuses to listen to my concerns and proceeds to walk through my house without covering shoes...
First of all, he broke the clean out pipe in our crawl space!
Then instead of calling for help, he places a grocery bag over the pipe.
We do not hear back from the guy... So I harass my Landlord... Landlord gets the guy to come back and he is worse than before. He argues with my neighbor and then goes into the crawl space and sticks a cap on the pipe, cross-threaded and wrong size. He then walks through the house and tracks fecal matter onto my carpet. So I harass the Landlord... Landlord sends out a real nice guy, from a different company, who informs me the TECHNICIAN FROM AROUND THE CLOCK LEFT RAW SEWAGE DOWN THERE!!!! AND THEN TELLS ME THE PIPE IS CRACKED.... I am sure my Landlord paid double for everything to be fixed. If I were a homeowner, I would be SOOOO PISSED OFF

Want cheap??.... oh you're gonna get cheap!!! Have you ever heard: You get what you pay for? These guys have MASTERED IT!!!!

Don't waste your time or money calling a company who will not listen to your concerns, who will break things and never fix them, who will track fecal matter on your flooring and who ignores your calls.
