Thank you Olson Plumbing. We moved to CS in January and couldn't use one half of our home because of back-up plumbing. After huge fails with another company, we got Olson in March. They came in and spent a while assessing our problem. They fixed our plumbing issues and we can use our entire house. They are professional, realistic about timing and confident.

I originally called them 2 check out my furnace and give it a tune-up and replace filters. They ended up telling me that I needed a whole new furnace and that my old one was going out. I was able to Finance a furnace from them and they installed it and took out my old one. The one that they installed has not worked since they installed it two months ago! I have had countless One Source technicians come and try to fix the their problem and none of them know what to do. They keep telling me that I need more work done which will cost me more money. I am very disappointed and sad that this company has taken full advantage of me and my family. What do I do now? How can I return their piece of junk? I am not going to pay for something that does not work!

The service I have used currently is for the company to locate a leak. This company has been responsive and timely to come to my home and investigate the problem. They found the problem, sent me a quote and I plan to use them to make the repairs. Very customer friendly.

Called 4 other plumbers for help on a weekend and no one could come out for 1-2 days to fix my busted pipe. Having a family, I couldn’t have my water off to my house that long! I called Comfort and they were able to come out a couple hours later. Dave fixed the problem very quickly and did a quality job! Highly recommend!!

WOW! If you need have an emergency plumbing need, this is the place to call. They were our 3rd call and the only company who was able to come within an hour of getting in contact with them. The answering service/agent quickly sent our message to the appropriate plumber. Jorge B. called us within 10 minutes to tell us he'd be to us within a half an hour. He was even a little earlier.
Our kitchen garbage disposal/sink was backed up. The main line which is connected to the laundry room was clogged so the water was also coming out of the drain behind the washer.. He used the 'snake' tool to fix the situation for us, and we will have a free camera/visual inspection to follow up making sure all is well and if any additional work may be needed.
Jorge was wonderful! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, skilled and very efficient. We have a new plumber! The total price was only $99 and this was at 9:30 in the evening. And again, this includes the free camera inspection. We'd absolutely recommend Master Rooter!
