Best Air Conditioning And Furnace Repair in Colorado Springs CO

The Colorado Springs office has put us off now 4 times after we scheduled the initial installation of our furnace and AC coils. The first time they didn't even remember to put us on the schedule at all, so they rescheduled us for the following week. The day they were to come out, they called in the morning to move the appointment from that morning to that afternoon, during which time they did not finish the job. They were at our house until 7pm that evening. We were told they would come back the following morning between 8am-10am to finish the job, and nobody showed up. We then received a phone call at 11am telling us that nobody could be out to finish things until between 3pm-5pm. The scheduling has been highly unprofessional, and we have been disappointed with their dedication to getting things completed. Every reschedule that has been made has been a convenience to them and an inconvenience to us, and we do not plan on doing business with this company again.

Received text message twice saying they will be here the following day from 8-10am. No one showed nor did I receive a call. The first time they failed to show up I called the office and she said she would have someone go in in the afternoon again no show or call. The second time again I called and she did not seem to care of my complaint and couldn’t get me over to a manager, she also mentioned that in her computer she had a different arrival time which again a mistake on their side for sending incorrect times. Not once did I get an apology.

Thank you folks so much for installing my new water heater! I called and got an estimate over the phone (seriously! Awesome!) and was able to have someone come out the next day! The technician came and I was 10 minutes away, so I gave him the garage code. He went in and found the water heater and wrote up the estimate, before I even arrived. Thank you! Seriously, saved me a ton of time! I am a single mom and was really worried about how I was going to get this fixed, but they have by far the best rates I found in the city and great customer service. Elizabeth in the office was super sweet and helpful and my technician did a fantastic job! I couldn't stay (had to get back to work), so he locked up when he was finished and I came home to a brand new water heater. You guys have no idea how much of a relief this is for me! I will for sure recommend you to everyone I know! Thanks so much!

I have used Oak View Mechanical on multiple occasions and absolutely love them. This company is truly amazing to work with. They are professional, knowledgeable, on time, do quality work and at a reasonable price. I can't say enough nice things about them. I would highly recommend!!!

Pope's estimate came in at a quarter of some other estimates from nearby places, which made me slightly apprehensive- but my call was returned quickly, very polite and personable. Showed up on time, worked quickly and neatly, and showed me what had caused the problem. Even went back to the office to get the correct part - and billed me his original estimate. Very pleased, will be keeping this number on my fridge.

Called parkys with a AC no longer cooling issue. I told Parkys I thought we had a leak but wasn’t sure when scheduling the service. Parkys does state that they don’t take any diagnostics over the phone and they needed to send a tech out. Parkys tech confirmed a leak and said in order to find the leak he would have to schedule a separate appointment and charge us for the dye, a leak sealant and the recharge with no promise it would work. When I asked if they had a leak detector the tech said he really doesn’t use those. Another company was able to use a leak detector and find the leak within the first service call with no additional cost to the first call. Not sure but I would think leak detection would be a standard call and practice and you would bring the items needed if that was a possible issue. Going with second company for repair.

Another update: Leaving all my reviews to show the trail, but eventually they did fix my water heater. The guy they sent was very kind and pleasant. I am grateful that it was fixed even though I had a migraine in the process. I would still call them again as the on-call guy did fix it and was a nice person.

I had my water heater fixed 8/30/21, and it already stopped working. Trying to call them about this is impossible. They do not answer the phone if they know someone with a problem needs them. They also sent me a bill that should have gone to my landlord when he disputed their charges to his credit card, and they included his credit card information. Seriously, they gave me access to my landlords credit card. They did not even look at the name on the credit card that had reversed the charges. Now I have to have them back for repair work, and I am very nervous about having them in my apartment again. The last guy was very rude to me and acted like I was inconveniencing him instead of paying him to do a job. So unprofessional!!!

I knew I needed a new water heater because I hadn't flushed it in 9 years and it finally started with the yellow water.. I flushed it and got a lot of sediment but didn't end up running clear in the end. So I scheduled a straight swap for my 40 gallon gas heater with Comfort By Design. They had great contact from day one. They even sent me a bio of the techs who were doing the install. Dustin was the lead and provided Anthony with expert tips all along to solve the issue of restricted space and clearance to remove and install the units. Quiet, clean, and quick. A great team.

Bullseye Plumbing did an amazing job installing a gas line to our kitchen in our new house. We were told upfront of all the obstacles they could run into i.e. cutting holes in our basement ceiling. In the end, not one hole (exception of getting into cabinet) was cut. Even the inspector complimented the work they did.
We were so pleased with their work, we called them back out to resolve a fireplace issue. Bob did a wonderful job fixing our fireplace and saved us hundreds of dollars that another company quoted us to fix the same problem.
We are getting ready to remodel our kitchen and we plan on using Bullseye to install our vent hood which will require creating new vent to outdoors. We are confident they will do a great job with that too.
We really can't say enough about Bullseye. They price services fairly, do an amazing job, are very clean when they work and respectful of our home and personnel is friendly. We highly recommend them.

Up until two weeks ago, Master Rooter was my very favorite plumbing company.
Three years ago, Tony creatively and successfully solved a years-old problem of ground water soaking into and flooding my basement crawl space. He installed a French drain and sump pump which has channeled gallons of water to the outside. As I understand it, he has now become president of this company.
One month ago, the 56-year-old clay sewer pipes from my home to the street failed and the same crawl space flooded with sewer water. Rod came within two hours and very professionally handled the disaster. He called a restoration company to pump out and sanitize the area and then supervised the installation of new sewer pipe, handling city permits and even talking with my insurance agent to get more coverage because pipe access was needed within the house. A 3x4' hole had to be dug through concrete next to the house for the pipe installation and, as noted in the contract, Master Rooter would replace the concrete.
It is now more than a month and the concrete has not been replaced. I understood that crews were backed up because of brief periods of rain and snow, but for 5 weeks? And no one has kept me apprized of their schedule and no one has returned two phone calls to their office.
I will consider using them again because their work is outstanding, but certainly will not write the final check in the future until ALL the work has been completed successfully.

Very helpful and was able to find the fault with my DIY job.
