My kitchen faucet was leaking.. I couldn't find anyone else to come earlier than 911.. Initially they were scheduled to come on a Monday morning however they called me on Friday afternoon asking to be home as the plumber is on his way..! My faucet is from Moen, so I had the O rings at home, which needed to be replaced.. Unfortunately, the plumber couldn't get the faucet handle out and told me the entire faucet needs to be replaced. He agreed to replace it in a short time.. so, he went out and got a different model Moen faucet and replaced it on the kitchen sink. Plumbing 911 charged me $507.47 for the entire process.. the same evening I found out the faucet they replaced cost $149 (Moen Model # 87557) in Highland Heights Home Depot. Upon reaching out to them.. I was told it's their regular charge.. to replace the kitchen faucet.. ! Blessings.. 🙏

I have used K & S multiple times and have always been very happy with the services I have received. Dan installed numerous pieces of hardware for us in our newly purchased house, including faucets, shower heads, drain covers; a hot water recirculating pump system; and a new garbage disposal.

In every case, his installation job was as solid as an Abrams tank. I have no doubt that if a tornado, God forbid, flattened our house, the parts that Dan installed would still be standing. Dan's prices are reasonable -- he charges by the job, not by the hour -- and he appeared on time every time.

I used this company a few times for issues with my sink and they were nice and got the job done so decided to use them again when my toilet handle broke.. Justin came and was in and out in the matter of 5 minutes they replaced my toilet handle with a $10 not even toilet handle and I got the invoice and it was almost $200 . I honestly could not believe it , had I not been in a rush I would’ve called the company for an explanation. I really wish he disclosed the price with me before he started working because had I known it was $200 for a 5 min job of putting a $10 toilet handle on I would’ve said ABSOLUTELY NOT. I previously recommended this company but after what happened absolutely not and will never be using them again. I was 100% scammed and was told by 2 other plumbers after they completely scammed me.
