Pricing has always been given up front to me on every issue I have called this company for, the description of work explained as they get into it, and everything is agreed upon before they even proceed with any repairs so if I have any concerns they are addressed then and there. Both Jason & Ryan have done great work at my house, and this being a local family company I get excellent one on one attention from them any time day or night. I do recommend Strongsville Plumbing Company & Metro Plumbing & Sewer with high praise.

I purchased an under the counter reverse osmosis water filtration system for my kitchen sink and thought it would be simple enough to install on my own. The fittings started leaking after only 3 days and I was afraid of breaking something if I tried to tighten them more. I called Strongsville Plumbing Company based on their good reviews and they sent a plumber out to our house that day. He was able to install the water filter properly with some better quality plumbing hardware and it's been more than two weeks now and it hasn't leaked so I am happy with the repairs. I would recommend this company to a friend or neighbor.

I am actually writing this review for my mother-in-law who lives in Strongsville. We bought her a new dishwasher, and she needed it installed, so we called Strongsville Plumbing after getting a referral from her neighbor. They came out right away, and installed it rather quickly. Their plumber was very professional, and he even gave my mother-in-law a senior discount on top of his already great price. Dealing with this plumbing company was a very pleasant experience, and she was extremely happy. We would definitely recommend using them.

Jason did a fine job. He was courteous and fixed my toilet up good as new! He did extra work to make sure the toilet was functioning and found the source of a second leak in the toilet That he was able to repair as well.

Strongsville Plumbing Company just replaced my 10 yr old water heater that finally broke down. They gave me an excellent deal on a 6yr warranty high efficiency tank, and the complete install. They did the job the same day I called, and were a pleasure to work with. Very professional plumber, courteous, and the customer service was top notch all the way through. I would highly recommend using them.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have a plumbing issue I needed resolved. The company told me on a Monday that they would be out Friday between 9:3-10:30 for repairs. Not only did they not show up but after calling for over two hours I was met with hostility and told that my appointment was never booked. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your plumbing needs, as this company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. Not to mention when they finally decided to return my call hours later, the first thing that was said to me was “I am calling so we don’t receive a negative review”. 0/10.

Strongsville Plumbing Company just did a toilet repair, and replaced some PVC pipe under my kitchen sink. The plumber at my house was polite, and professional. He did nice work, and cleaned up after himself. Everything was done for a great price. I will refer this company to anyone I know looking for a good plumber.

I had an emergency situation with a leak in my ceiling and my co-worker referred them. Jason came to fix the problem and he was excellent!! He not only fixed the problem, but he also educated me about how the problem occurred and what I can do for maintenance in the future. I now have a better understanding of what is going on with my plumbing and the problem is fixed! Thanks Guys

To the Owner: I beg to differ! This is the response I received from you on November 24, which IS a contract, one which you have chosen to breach:

... I will offer you $225 refund and that would be contingent on you signing a document...final offer.....my attorney refuses to allow us to be extorted especially when we have picutures (sic) sign authorization documents etx to back up our work n charge agreed upon AHEAD OF TIME
I am only doing this as one time courtesy to you in sake of local customer service as I live there as well ..

An update on a previous post:
It is always a pleasure to do business with companies that have integrity. Unfortunately Strongsville Plumbing is not one of those companies. After having reached an agreement in December, Strongsville Plumbing has opted to breach their contract. If you are looking for a company that honors their word, go elsewhere.
