I have used North Ohio Sewer & Drain to install a water heater, and also to repair a toilet. I had a fantastic experience. Both times they were friendly, let me know what to expect, arrived on time, and when finished everything was neat and tidy. They even followed up to make sure that I was happy with the work. Had a shower issue and put in for a quote via the website. Never heard back. Called two days later and got an answering machine. Left a detailed message. Never heard back. Company is either not operating anymore or has severe customer service issues.

Cleveland Plumbing Guy tech did a GREAT job installing our new water heater - it was a tricky installation and he didn't complain once. Great attitude. They were so responsive. Less than 5 hours from broken water heater to brand new. I am thrilled. Thank You!

Our tech, Rene, was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I'd recommend him for any plumbing job.Edit: Extensive repairs made after additional service led to a leak in my basement. This can unfortunately happen of course, but my chief complaint (and the reason for the 1 star review) rests with dispatch. I called in the evening and was told someone would be out that same night. A few hours pass and I call back, only this time I'm told someone will call me the next morning to schedule an appointment.Check the Roto-Rooter website: you'll see a proud proclamation of 24/7 service. Well, that's a false claim. The repair job mentioned above was quite costly--I expected a prompt response to remedy the situation. Instead, I'm left with a leaky basement.I wouldn't recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone.
