Carey Plumbing is a company you can rely on! Had no trouble at all making an appointment these guys. I had the pleasure of working with Gordon. He was on time, professional, and explained everything to me in a way I was able to understand so I knew exactly what was being done and what I was being charged for. Our basement started to flood after a bad rain. I called and left a voicemail and within 5 minutes I received a call back (at 10:00pm) to schedule an appointment for first thing the next morning. Both plumbers were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. They never tried to upsell me or get me to pay for services I didn’t need. They fixed the issue and were extremely thorough and let us know why we were having water back up and how to maintain the pipes to prevent it in the future. It was a great experience (minus the flooding) I’ll absolutely be using them again.

Leaving another review because if you need any plumbing work done do not call anyone else. Carey Plumbing is the best. Gordon and Nick were professional and awesome to work with. I have used Carey Plumbing on multiple occasions and they never disappoint. If you want a great job done at a great value from friendly professional people do not hesitate to call them.

Nick came right away and took care of our problem with the toilet leaking then looked at the shower we were having problems with. I highly recommend Carey plumbing. Gordon was very professional and helpful. I thought i was going to need major repairs and it ended up being a quick fix on my shower valve and tank seal for my toilet. I had a water leak in my second floor condo that could have been catastrophic, they showed up same day and were able to fix the leak within one hour. They saved me thousands in potential water damage to my bathroom and my downstairs neighbors bathroom. Very grateful for the honest and timely repair.

We had an excellent experience with Carey Plumbing! We had a drain issue in our historic home and had it investigated by a few companies prior who were not able to solve it. Carey Plumbing was professional, prompt, was able to find the issue and resolve it! We are just all around so please with the work, craftsmanship and professionalism. Scott and his crew are top notch! Everyone knew their role and worked together seamlessly as a team. Had them come in over several days and complete a variety of plumbing-related projects, including the installation of multiple tankless units that required quite a bit of pre-planning to figure out the route of the pipe runs, and maximize performance and aesthetics of the units as well as incorporating and preparing a spot for an additional future tankless unit. The end result turned out beautifully, and one that I'm proud to show off to even my most particular home renovation / project friends. Highly recommended!

My bathroom pipes and sink pipes has burst due to the cold weather in December 2022. I located Carey's Plumbing in my Google search and I must say I am a VERY VERY VERY satisfied customer. Nick was assigned to do the quote and made me feel very comfortable on how the job will be performed. After I accepted the terms and conditions, Nick and Michael were assigned to complete my plumbing repairs on January 17, 2023. They were very professional, friendly, neat, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. I will be contacting Carey's Plumbing going forward if I have any plumbing issues and will request Nick and Mike to do the job!

I requested Nick again and as always he did a magnificent job on the plumbing for my kitchen sink repairs and added lines for plumbing purposes. We contacted Carey Plumbing to clear our clogged toilet and install a new faucet in our kitchen. I like that you can book an appointment online and receive a confirmation. We cannot say enough good things about Nick and Mo, They were prompt, friendly and took care of both matters efficiently. We will definitely use Carey Plumbing again.

Carey Plumbing is the best plumbing company I have ever used. I will not call anyone else! They’ve helped me with so many things in our new house (sealing up and removing plumbing for an unwanted, leaking shower, fixing leaks in our basement pipes, installing an extra outdoor hose spigot, moving the location of another spigot, fixing a leaking dishwasher….) You make it and Carey Plumbing has done it. They were always on time and do quality work. I highly recommend.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. An appointment was available the same day. Gordon, the plumber, was a complete professional, fixed the issues that day, and was extremely courteous. I've had Carey plumbing do two separate jobs and twice they have delivered great service at a fair price with clear and upfront communication. First I had a stack replace by Gordon who did a great job in short notice. Second time Nick and Mo came out and did an excellent job diagnosing and replacing a damaged water heater quickly and without issues. Great professional service, will continue to use Carey plumbing.

My touch faucet would only drip when I touched it or manually turned it on so I searched reviews and found Carey plumbing had some great ones so I called. I am so glad I did for the entire experience was exceptional. Denise was so helpful when I called and scheduled Scott to come the next morning. He tested and quickly found that the sensor was bad, disconnected it, switched to manual and ordered the part. When the part arrived Scott came the next morning, installed the sensor and my faucet works like new. AWESOME job guys

Outstanding service. From the initial phone call to the actual service was outstanding. I called them at 9:00pm completely nervous about our current plumbing situation and someone actually answered, I couldn’t believe it. They made sure to not to worry about anything and that they will be out in the morning to diagnose and fix the situation and that they did. For lack of better terms, they kept it real with me. I used Carey Plumbing for a sewer drain blockage. My drains from the sewer were backing up into my basement. The receptionist was very kind and I was able to call and get a same day assessment and get the problem fixed. She communicated that the technician would call 30 min before arriving and gave me an estimated time, which I appreciated. Nick arrived and was helpful in assessing the problem, and explained to me different Options for fixing. He then called someone for some help. For over an hour they tried to clear my drain and were very persistent in troubleshooting and not giving up on fixing the problem. He was diligent in getting the cleared and communicating to me what was going on through the whole process. I am thankful for the swift and thorough job.

I was searching for a plumber after having issues with my kitchen sink drain clogging up. I tried calling different companies and everyone was too busy to schedule anything. After doing a google search and finding Carey Plumbing, I gave them a call - I am so happy I did. The woman that took my call was awesome; great personality, very friendly and professional. I honestly enjoyed my time on the phone with her because she was so pleasant! She was able to schedule a plumber to come out the next morning, which was a shock and relief. The plumber, Nick, was fantastic. He went through the entire process professionally and discussed all/any issues we've had with the plumbing and made suggestions and sent me quotes. He also clearly communicated what he was finding and doing as he was working on snaking the sink drain. The cost of the work is very fair and worth every penny. I will definitely be using Carey Plumbing going forward for any future plumbing needs.

Gordon did an exceptional job with the plumbing in my shower remodel. I can't believe how fast this guy was, no messing around and cleaned up afterwards! He even offered to install additional shut off valves for me at a low cost! Such a bargain. 100% would recommend.

Was charged $250 to run an inspection camera that they was only able to put in 60 ft because they did not clear the clogged water out of the pipe so I just fill it was not worth my money because I still have no answer what's wrong with my sewer system just there's a blockage 60 ft out of the house because when there's water in the pipe you cannot see the problem with the pipe pipe should have been cleared before inspected by the camera

Our sewer backed up and it was a mess! We called Carey plumbing and Michael and Mo came out the next day to fix the problem. They talked us through our options and installed a clean-out valve and everything was fixed so quickly! They were both professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Would absolutely recommend, 5/5 stars!
