not a good experience. commented on me personally. did not perform the job or produce results. spent too much time trying to convince me of what kind of person he was no less the work that he performed. would not write up an estimate. said he was refunding all of my money. when it came time he claimed he had spent time & money on materials no less had to pay a fee cuz i used my credit card. i should hav gotten my money bak & then some for the aggravation, hours of my time spent no less amount of time i was delayed trying to give him another chance to do the job. no less refused to do the work because i am too picky

I was very pleased with the company, the owner and his children did a excellent job. Out of all the many times i had to call to get help with my sewer problems, this is the first time a company used a camera, and locator monitor to locate the problem, i was sitting back saying wow! in my mind. Mr. Lenny and fam came through to assist me with a foul odor in my house a few weeks ago. Turns out that a sink needed a trap to keep the gases from coming up the drain. They did great diagnostic work to get to the base of the problem and fixed me up fairly quickly and priced reasonably.

They were amazing, professional, and a pleasure to have in my home. I have a few more things that will need to be done and surely I will be calling them out again.

Excellent on-time service! Lenny and his son cleared a blockage in a long run (>100 foot) storm sewer pipe that gets blocked by roots our many large old Oak trees. My sewer drain had become very slow. I called the city but they could not snake it because my sewer has a trapped drain and they don’t work on those. My friend recommended I call Sewer Technology. Their crew came out and tried to clear the sewer line from the outside but it wasn’t working. So they approached it from the inside clean out. They were able to clear the drain pretty quickly. The crew was polite, efficient, and hard working. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

I love Snake Lenny!!! I have a long list of reasons why. First of all he shows up, once he shows up he does a professional wonderful job. I had a sewage problem that people gave me all kind of horrible advice and nobody could fix it. He unclogged it!! I have been calling him every since and that was at least 10 years ago. I haven't seen a drain that he has not been able to unclog. He has ALWAYS done a great job for us. I rate him 10+!!! Over the years I referred him to others and they are equally as excited and pleased as I was.

I was referred to this company and they addressed my cleanup drain and downspout issue very quickly and thoroughly on the same day of my call which I am happy they managed with their busy schedule. Previously I contacted several of the supposed reputable large drain/sewer companies, one that I used to snake was unsuccessful and through the process I say watch those rip off artists who put little effort in the job trying to take you to taking unnecessary actions and costs, or is it they lack expertise as well. After lennie worked real hard finishing the job the problem persisted. He explained to us that the tree in our front yard was the culprit and the city should step up. After we tried fruitlessly explaining it to the city lenie tried calling as well. no answer. Half hour later- Who do i see outside my window locating the source? I had a flood in my basement due to what turned out to be a back-up of storm drain water. After countless tries and calls to and of other companies, Lenny was the man who was able to tackle the job! Turns out I have huge roots intruding into my main water lines. The problem cannot be completely fixed without excavation but he also educated me on something that I can do in the mean time until I can pay for the job. We moved into our house two months ago and our basement flooded. We called the city, and an independent contractor the city recommended on their website. Neither could successfully snake the sanitary line. I was given Lenny’s name by 4+ people, and he did not disappoint. He worked nonstop to make sure the line was clear, despite it being a very arduous and difficult process. I definitely had a positive experience, they were very professional, diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes or so, took care of it, left the space that was worked on very clean after. If I could give 6 star's I would. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

Lenwood not only does an excellent job, he is also unfailingly dependable and responsive.

Unlike 95% of other contractors or tradesmen, he actually returns your phone call and establishes a realistic time he can fix your problem.

Lenwood always exceeds expectations AND he’s a good guy. I’ve recommended him to my friends and neighbors when sewer problems arise.

One more thing: No one likes having poop in their basement. Lenwood makes it a point to get to your house as soon as possible when you are faced with that unpleasant situation. Prices are more than fair, too!

Sewer Technology provided excellent professional service. I had some blockage in two areas of my home which caused water to drain very slow.
Lenny was very accommodating with working me into his schedule and was on time.
When he arrived he walked me through the assessment process, identified the problem and fixed it in no time.
He’s very knowledgeable and skilled at what he does.
Lenny knew right a way he didn’t need to tear my pipes up to get to the problem and waste time.
He listened to the water flowing through the pipes and was able to determine that my problem lied at the bottom of the pipes and thats where the blockage was.
Might I add, he cleaned up his areas and left no traces of debris or evidence that work was done in those areas.
I’d definitely recommend Sewer Technology and use them in the future if another problem should occur.
