Camera work on our footer drain tile and repair of pipe that attaches sump pump to storm drain. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and identified the source of our water leak problem that had many former plumbers stumped for years. His assitant Jimmy too was patient and diligent. Jimmy performed the repair and the leaks have stopped. They addressed the problem with minimally invasive techniques and partnered with us on some portions of teh work (we had to cut open a section of our porch to access the broken pipe and we did this part ourselves under their guidance) We are grateful to Chris and Jimmy for a job well done.

I have had Chris do a number of jobs for me now. He and his team are excellent. They are truly experts. so much so that I have had other contractors tell me how great their work is, which is pretty rare and a big compliment. Chris is a very good problem solver and has helped me resolve a couple difficult issues. I always work with Chris because he is reliable and professional.
Chris helped in the past when a gas leak was discovered at my father’s home. I was impressed with the quality of his work so, when I found water leaking from my garage disposal I gave him a call. He responded the same day and scheduled a time to come out and repair it. He ensured everything was dry and working properly before leaving.
This is the very first service company i ever worked with that was always on time! Chris answered all of our questions regarding our issues, provided a detailed quote, showed up on time and crafted pluming like an artist. I had 3 other quotes for this job and Chris was in the middle. He is reasonable and lets face it, you can't put a price on getting a job done right and on time.

We had to have Christopher Lurz from Got Plumbing, Inc rebuild our upstairs bathroom. All the ugly tile & caulking is gone! He even went to a warehouse where he ordered our tub, but the tub was not up to his standard so he took it back & got us a better one. I used to be afraid to call any plumbers to come out to my house. But since Chris came so highly recommended to me, I definitely will recommend him to anyone who needs excellent, fair, and high quality plumbing services.
Chris and his team went above and beyond, being very thorough and honest all along the way. We had a potentially scary and pricey problem; but they worked through it thoughtfully with patience. We highly recommend Got Plumbing!
