Very professional, quick courteous. Replaced a hot water tank and cleaned out a very stubborn bathtub drain. Very reliable and reasonable.

Our hot water tank was leaking, and we wanted to replace it with a tankless system. They came the same day to give us an estimate, and installed the new tank 2 days later. It took less than a day, and the work and clean-up was done with care.

Sean is the best and he totally rescued us from a terrible sewer problem. He took care of us quickly and so thoroughly and walked us through the entire process. He took the time to clear our pipes like no one else ever has. It is obvious he loves his work and he provided great service and he and his team are all very pleasant to work with. Very reasonably priced. Sean is our hero and we now have a new plumber for life. We couldn't be happier!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have a plumbing issue I needed resolved. The company told me on a Monday that they would be out Friday between 9:3-10:30 for repairs. Not only did they not show up but after calling for over two hours I was met with hostility and told that my appointment was never booked. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your plumbing needs, as this company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. Not to mention when they finally decided to return my call hours later, the first thing that was said to me was “I am calling so we don’t receive a negative review”. 0/10.

Great service can be hard to find especially when you need help quickly. 1st choice fit me in on short notice and provided professional and high quality work. My friend uses them and she referred me and I am very glad that she did.

I scheduled an appointment to have an estimate conducted for major repair on my sanitary line. The company scheduled the appointment with an open ended time frame (all day). Their service kept in contact with me to provide updates as to when I could expect the estimator to arrive. At 1PM I was informed that the estimator was not available for the remainder of the day and would not be available again until almost a month.I have never experienced such poor handling of prospective customers in my life. If you aren’t able to make the appointment and then suggest an appointment for one month later, then I’m not sure the company handles its business in a forthright manner and my trust that the job would be done correctly has gone out the window.

Very pleased with the job that Plumb Nation and Andy provided for us. We had been experiencing sewage backup for a couple months. Andy came in provided an honest quote and was ready to start immediately. The crew was friendly and well skilled in plumbing. We will be hiring Plumb Nation to do future plumbing repairs around our house.
