Mike had to make three trips due to the complexity of all the repairs/replacements which was fine with me. The first two visits were at no charge and the final cost was very reasonable! Lakewood Plumbing and Waterproofing came out to our house when we woke up to a leaking water heater in our basement. It was an emergency to us because it had leaked all night, and wasn't stopping. We had about 2 inches of water in our basement. Their plumbers arrived quickly, especially for a Saturday. The water heater isn't that old so they were able to get the parts and fix it. They did a great job on the repair, and they also dealt with the basement cleanup, and our insurance company. They were professional, and reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend.

Mike and his crew are great. These guys completed an entire replacement of my gutter lines and tied them into the main sewer line in two days. Guys showed up on time, (even earlier than expected) and worked all day. Mike does a great job of educating you while he is doing the job. Can’t say enough about these guys and I’ll definitely be using them in the future should an issue arise.

When we bought our home, we had no idea our back yard flooded the way it did. Korey and his crew came out and gave us our backyard. He was a VERY professional crew lead and his crew was hard working and polite. To use a backho that close to my house had me nervous, but Korey did a great job. Thank you Korey and crew for giving us our yard back and at a great reasonable price.

I have worked with Chris and Northeast Plumbing for many years and have always had good professional service. They clearly know their stuff!!!

Called and told them we had an issue with our toilet leaking. They came out pretty quick, and the plumber was condescending and said our toilet wasnt leaking, that it was either our shower door not closing (even after we pointed out that shower has never been used), or our gutters somehow overflowing through our siding. We fix these issues, but a month later things are getting worse and I take a closer look and the toilet is 100% leaking. Call them back out, and after trying to say it was a coincidence and talking around it, the plumber quickly realized it was the wax ring - one of the most common problems. He finally admitted, in a direct quote, that the other plumber was too fat and too lazy to fit into the crawl space to check for the problem, and too embarrassed to call and ask for help. While they eventually comped one of the visits (after much arguing) and the work they did was adequate, I still have a water damaged subfloor now and will never use or recommend them again. If you do happen to use them, request a plumber who isn't fat and lazy (their own words about the first guy).

Our kitchen faucet was leaking terribly. The home warranty service sent out Cleveland Plumbing Guy who recommended a faucet replacement. They came out on a Thursday and we had a call the next day to install a new one.Fast and friendly service who went the extra mile. Recommend them.

Outstanding service. From the initial phone call to the actual service was outstanding. I called them at 9:00pm completely nervous about our current plumbing situation and someone actually answered, I couldn’t believe it. They made sure to not to worry about anything and that they will be out in the morning to diagnose and fix the situation and that they did. For lack of better terms, they kept it real with me.
