Called with a sewer problem and they came out quickly and fixed the problem

They tried to unclog my drain from the tee to the street. Then tried a larger machine that broke. Then the city of lakewood cleared the clog at no charge. Call city first and save $690.00

Ryan was incredible. We found a leak in our copper pipe around 8am, he was to our house by 10 and done within an hour. He was great to talk to, quick, clean and efficient. I would certainly call Ryan again.

We called to have them come look at a clog in bathroom tub drain and a basement drain. They attempted to unclog the bath drain but they told us the pipe was so built up and bad that it needed replaced. They gave us a price of $1800 to $2000 to replace the entire line that was clogged. They also said they would deduct the cost of “attempting” to unclog the line if we went with them. A couple days later they started but they only replaced a portion of the pipe where the corrosion was bad. However, they DID’NT adjust the price they quoted. We tried to say you only did part of the line and not the whole thing. They refused to leave til they got payment. We were led on and lied to. Needless to say we will not use this business again.

Lakewood Plumbing cleaned the grease trap at my restaurant. They were professional, and they completed the job in a timely manner. I've also used them for some minor plumbing repairs at my house, and I'm always happy with the service. I'd highly recommend this company.

I am beyond impressed with the crew at Lakewood Plumbing. I left a message at 11pm for service and was called back promptly in the morning. Ryan was the serviceman who came to my home. Unfortunately, I was unable to be there for the repair, but my agent said he was above and beyond professional and kind. The price was more than fair. I can't say enough good things about Lakewood Plumbing! I'm excited to have a reliable plumber to use in the future.

June 9th I had a plumber from Lakewood plbg come out to my home in West Park for a bathroom sink that wouldn't drain. I called that morning and he was here by 1pm, not to mention I called a few other plumbing companies and they either never called me back or called that night to set up an appointment for another day. The plumber fixed the drain issue and called back later that day to make sure it was draining without any trouble. Excellent job and beyond fair price! I would highly recommend this company.

These guys are the best around period there customer service and pricing beats the other guys that i have called or dealt with in the past so if you are looking to get something big or small done i would call them first it will save you the hassle.

Lakewood Plumbing and Waterproofing came out to our house when we woke up to a leaking water heater in our basement. It was an emergency to us because it had leaked all night, and wasn't stopping. We had about 2 inches of water in our basement. Their plumbers arrived quickly, especially for a Saturday. The water heater isn't that old so they were able to get the parts and fix it. They did a great job on the repair, and they also dealt with the basement cleanup, and our insurance company. They were professional, and reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend.

Way overpriced. $400 for a little over on hours work. And my hands were the ones that got dirty.

I called this company on Jan 12 at 8:00 am to schedule an appointment to fix a broken sink trap and replace the kitchen faucet. I was told my time slot was 2-5 PM for that same day. At 4:40, I called them to see if they were still going to make it by 5:00 pm. I was told, No, sorry. We're running behind and won't be there until 6:00. Does this work for your? Unfortunately, I had to say no as I have two kids under the age of two and we start our nightly routine at 6:00 pm. I don't have an issue that they were running late, it happens. My issue was that I had to call them and find out they were running late. If you knew that the repair technician was running late, why wouldn't you call me and tell me? I think a company with 5-stars would be more proactive. After a short discussion, they rescheduled me for Sat from 10:30-11:30 am. At 11:35 am, the technician was still MIA. So I called them to find out what happened, but didn't get ahold of anyone. They returned my call a few hours later (understandably, the main person was at a family/church event). This was the second day in a row that I had to call them when their tech didn't show up or have enough time to show up. By this time, I was upset and left my original negative review on Google.

A day after I made the post, they called me and instead of being apologetic, I was lectured about how their technicians are busy and how google reviews can destroy a company. I don't need a lecture in Google Reviews or excuses. After two attempts, I expect a 5-star company to be willing and ready to fix the issue...which they were. They offered to replace my kitchen sink faucet for free (oh, I ended up fixing my own sink trap issue because I had water all over my kitchen floor). I was told that they would call me on Thursday to reschedule for Friday (which they did, but not until after 5:00 PM). By that point, I was done with this company.

Take my review for what it is, one person's experience with this company. I will never try to do business with them ever again.

We are selling our house and the buyers home inspector requested a sewer camera inspection for the drain lines, because the bathroom and kitchen drains were draining a little slow. We had Lakewood Plumbing do the cam inspection for us because they burn you a dvd for your records, and so that we could give it to the buyers as well. We also had them snake the lines. They were great to deal with, they took care of everything right away, and all for a very good price. We would recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumbing service.

Called at 8pm in the evening, Jason came out the next day at 11am to snake a clawfoot bath tub drain. He was quick, tidy, friendly and professional. Will definitely call these folks next time I need a plumber.

Our renters phoned us on Sunday afternoon and said their son had flushed a rubber ball down the toilet and it was badly clogged. Being fairly handy I thought I could avoid calling a plumber and just use my own 25' foot plumbing snake. BAD IDEA!!!! It just so happened that the diameter of the ball was pretty much the same diameter as the plumbing pipe. I ended up pushing the ball further down into the line and there was no way for me to get it out. I called Lakewood because of their good reviews and was duly impressed with the service. I spoke to a live person on a Sunday and there was a technician at our rental within an hour and a half. They removed the toilet completely and then using their snake and a special attachment (and more skill than me) they were able to extract the ball from the line. Very happy with the service and would definitely use again or recommend them to a friend.

Jason and his team are the real deal. There new technology for trenchless repair kept our beautiful new floors from having to be dug up. I will definitely be spreading the word to all my neighbors about this fantastic knowledgeable company. Keep up the fantastic work.

I had to call Lakewood Plumbing and Waterproofing because I smelled gas somewhere in my house. I called the gas company and all they did was shut the gas off, and tell me to call a plumber. Lakewood Plumbing came out and they did detect a few leaks in the line down the basement. They repaired what they could, and replaced other parts of the line. Their plumber was thorough, and professional. They also charged us a great price for their services. I would recommend.

Excellent company. I had a major leak in the 2nd floor bathroom. There was no way to get to the pipes given how the bathroom was designed (100 year old colonial). But, Jason did an excellent job creating a small access panel in the ceiling below the bathroom so that he get to the pipes. He was so very careful in the process - making the hole only as large as he needed it to be to get the work done. He took great pains to ensure that no dust or dirt would be generated. He was very diligent and professional. Great work, very communicative, very professional.

Called on a Saturday about a clogged basement drain, and they scheduled us for the same day. Jason arrived and used the auger on our drain. He found roots had cracked and clogged our old clay pipes, so we agreed to have all the old lead and clay pipes replaced with PVC. We are very pleased with the work.

My husband called Lakewood Plumbing and Waterproofing because our kitchen and bathroom drains were backing up. They ran a sewer camera down our main stack in the basement and found some blockages throughout. It appeared to be those flushable wipes causing them so they ran a drain snake to unblock. Their plumber arrived when he said he would, and he was professional the entire time. Lakewood Plumbing was also affordable. We would highly recommend.

Lakewood Plumbing, Drain & Sewer just dug up a small section of our sanitary sewer that their video inspection showed was collapsed. They replaced it with new pipe and they re lined the rest of the pipe essentially sealing out roots and giving us a whole sewer pipe inside the old one. Trenchless sewer repair is definitely awesome! The guys did a great job and were very professional. I will definitely refer Lakewood Plumbing and tell everyone about the trenchless sewer repair methods. Thanks so much guys!

We had Lakewood Plumbing and Waterproofing install a new bathroom sink, toilet, shower head, and faucets. Their plumber was prompt, and courteous. The upgraded bathroom looks great, he did a nice job all the way around. The cost was good, and I would recommend their services.

I give two stars instead of one because the tech that came out was great. I have a sanitary drain in the basement floor that likely needs replaced as it has either collapsed or has a significant clog. The drain needed to be scoped with a video snake to confirm the work that needs to be done, which is totally fine and understandable. The tech came out and did just that and let me know the drain needs replaced. I was told that I would get a call with a formal quote.

Never got a call, after a few days I called them, never heard back. Called again a few days later, was told I would be contacted that evening, never heard back. All I got was a text with somebody's name. Texted and called that number, never heard back. Several days later, I got a text asking what this was in regards to as if I hadn't followed up a half dozen times - at that point I said don't bother.

I never leave reviews, and normally I would brush this off, but they charged me for the scope and then just blew me off.

First interaction was May 18th, I tried to work with them up until June 4th before throwing in the towel.

The only thing that was done promptly was them cashing my $300 check for the video scope.
