Best Sewer Water in Cleveland OH

Called H.Jacks as a second opinion to see why our furnace was working and not working. The tech came out and I explained to him we had another company take a look at it and he asked to see the paperwork. So I showed him. He did not ONCE use any tools to look to see if that was the problem. He just kept saying we need a new furnace and he could do it for this price. I then asked what does the $175 cover and he told us his gas money and for him coming out same day (night). He then said if you just replace the motor, it’s a $1000. So we replaced just the motor and sure enough that was NOT THE PROBLEM! We are having the SAME issue and this was over a week ago. We had another tech from this company come out and he was very nice and looked over EVERYTHING & told us that yes it’s an older furnace but he’s not sure why it’s not working properly and he wishes he could do more for us. He was very nice, not pushy-just honest. I do feel like we were ripped off because when we asked for a quote for a new furnace he said over $8,000. Mind you, our house is not that big! When I asked if they could install central air as well, he quoted us all together a total of $14,000. I was shocked! I’m glad we didn’t go this route with this company!

Don’t get me wrong, the gentleman I handled my paperwork with was nice and so was the other tech but the first tech… I just didn’t care for because he literally did NOTHING when he came out first time and automatically said we need a new motor or a new furnace. So I wasted money - you live and you learn !!

Incredibly professional. Timely. There was an issue and the manager came with his son that same night to fix the problem. What couldn't be fixed that night was done well enough to last for the rest of the night and was fixed first thing the next morning. Ike was great. Everyone from start to finish was wonderful as well. Would definitely recommend.

Totally overpriced, scammers.

Perfectly done job and responded quickly to my semi emergency as this is a rental property. Installation of hot water tank was excellent. Also the girl i initially spike with on the phone gave me a range of likely cost, didnt insist on a service call. So i knew my approx cost. I appreciated that!! Final cost was at the low end of the range she quoted.

Pricing has always been given up front to me on every issue I have called this company for, the description of work explained as they get into it, and everything is agreed upon before they even proceed with any repairs so if I have any concerns they are addressed then and there. Both Jason & Ryan have done great work at my house, and this being a local family company I get excellent one on one attention from them any time day or night. This company was wonderful! From making the appointment for a quote to completing the work. They were very thorough with their diagnosis of what needed fixed and when they were fixing it. They were careful and clean when working on everything which was especially important to us because our house is older. They answered all of my questions and helped me really understand what they were doing and why. My husband and I were very very pleased! We worked with Tomas and Ray.

When our sewer line backed up, Andy from plumb nation came and thoroughly diagnosed the problem and came up with a plan to not only repair the damaged line in our back yard but also helped re-route/consolidate our indoor service lines to be more efficient. The estimate/price was very reasonable for the work done. They even did some minor extra work in our basement that was not on the original estimate to make things work better. Andy always got back to me in a timely manner when I had questions and reassured me during this stressful time when our drains weren't working. They got the job done quickly and correctly so that when we came home from work, we were able to use our drains! :-) Finally, they helped us with our insurance claim and were very cooperative with our adjuster. If you have ANY sewer line issues, they are the ones to call!

NOSD is the best plumbing operation I've worked with in a long while. The quality of their work was great, but what I really appreciated was the communication. They confirmed the appointment ahead of time a week out & then the day before, emailed & texted when they were on the way/getting close, returned phone calls timely ... with too many contractors these things don't happen. We looked over the work I needed, agreed on an approach ... and when it didn't take as long as they had estimated, they reduced what they charged me accordingly. I mean come on, you can't beat that. God forbid I ever need a plumber again, but when I do I won't be calling anyone else
