Really pleased with my experience with this company. Our technician was very friendly, explained everything he was doing. The estimated price for our drain cleaning over the phone matched my final bill (I know that can't always work b/c of complications when working a plumbing job, but still really nice to not be upcharged). And the first name of the company is exactly correct: affordable! I would highly recommend them for a clogged drain, etc.

Nick came right away and took care of our problem with the toilet leaking then looked at the shower we were having problems with. He found the problem, ordered the part and returned two days later to fix it. I was very relieved as my husband is no longer able to do these kinds of things that were simple for him at one time. Other then the fact my appointment was scheduled for 8-10, I called at 10:15, they said they called me and it went to voice mail. They rescheduled for 12-2, said that would text me this time. The technician showed at 1, no text. He was polite, courteous, and did his job perfectly.

I have had Chris do a number of jobs for me now. He and his team are excellent. They are truly experts. so much so that I have had other contractors tell me how great their work is, which is pretty rare and a big compliment. Chris is a very good problem solver and has helped me resolve a couple difficult issues. I always work with Chris because he is reliable and professional.

We had a master bathroom tore down and completely remodeled as well as had a new water heater installed. Big Bear did a fantastic job.
