Best Sewer in Cleveland OH

We had an issue with sewer drainage in our rental home and it was existing for years. After many different plumbers were not able to diagnose the problem H Jack came in and put everything right. They are all professional and easy to deal with. They keep you informed of what is happening and are very proficient,. After what we have been through, including the inhalation of sewer gas we are very happy that H Jack was able to fix the problem. They are worth every dime spent. I can not stress enough how professional they are. Thank you for outstanding service

I contacted Wyattworks due to having several plumbing issues in our 1925 home in Shaker Heights. Ricky was our assigned technician and proved to be a cordial and professional individual. I showed him each of the 6 problems and he explained options and made recommendations. I appreciated the collaboration that occurred and that Ricky wanted to ensure all my questions were being answered. Before work commenced the cost(s) involved were explained. There were no surprises at the time of payment as the estimate is the actual bill. Additionally, I appreciated that Ricky has an understanding of how plumbing was done when these nearly 100-year-old houses were constructed and how to make appropriate updates. It was rather like being involved in an episode of This Old House on PBS. For example, Ricky respected that I want to maintain as much of the original fixtues as possible and thereby he worked to repair the leaking hot and cold taps in one of our bathrooms. The agreement was that he would attempt to make the repairs to the 96-year-old fixtures and if it couldn't be done we would move to the next step and install new fixtures that rather resembled the original ones. As it turned out Ricky found a way to make the needed repair and we have been able to keep the originals. I thought Ricky would need to leave at the close of traditional business hours especially since the work was being done on a Saturday. However, he stated he could stay as late as needed to get all tasks done if that worked with our schedule. Indeed it did. Ricky cleaned up in all work areas and then we did a final walk through and reviewed all work completed. I will definitely hire Wyattworks again for my future plumbing needs.

Had a clogged main drain from house to septic. Tim was able to give me the estimate over the phone, contemplated a method that would save me a $100, and was here within an hour.

He had the drain cleared in about 30 minutes, very nice to talk with and willing to share his knowledge.

I did call rotor roter and wouldn't even give me a bugetary price. I rather give my money to a family owned business anyway.

Mike was able to come the same day to do an inspection and give me a report that was a critical need for my insurance company. He was fast, friendly and thorough and explained what to expect moving forward in the restoration process.I will call upon them again in a minute in if/when I need them in the future. Almost all plumbers that I have met do not want to fix the real source of the problem when it is “hidden”. These folks give you the facts by seeing/showing you the issues using the latest technology, offer solutions to consider so I could make an informed decision with no surprise outcome.
