We are still amazed with all that you accomplished in 3 days! Thank-you for not being hesitant about tackling the 100+ year old failing plumbing systems in our 135 year old Folk Victorian!
Stack pipe replaced from floor of 2nd story down; this main pipe now goes down through the basement floor and out through the foundation wall (instead of through our basement steps!); all the old tile piping the length of our backyard either dug up and replaced, or lined (lined section to limit disturbance for our 100+ year old Black Walnut tree!); interior work also included rerouting our sump pump, moving the washing machine & sloppy sink, new water line to 1st story toilet, and streamlining all 1st story & basement plumbing lines!!!
They made sure we had access to basic water and plumbing necessities each evening/morning in the midst of the job - and did a great job cleaning up inside and outside in-spite of all the rain & mud!!

I came home from work well after business hours to discover that my water output was backing up in the basement drain. I called North Ohio Sewer & Drain LLC completely expecting to leave a message with the hope of receiving a call back in the morning. Well, to my surprise, the call was answered! Mike and another employee were addressing the problem within the hour and the problem was quickly solved. They were fast to respond, friendly and affordable. We've hired Mayer for a variety of services, and they've been wonderful. They're knowledgeable, honest, and do excellent work! I've had sewer line repair, gas line repair, reverse flow preventer valve installation, tankless water heater service, HVAC service, fixture installations, and I'm sure some other things I'm forgetting. They do it all, professionally, honestly, and stand by their work. Their pricing is reasonable, and they always have some advice on how to save a few bucks. If you're in Parma, get that valve put in and use these guys!

Approved Plumbing replaced our water main and did a superb job. They were finished ahead of time. They were on budget. They were neat and courteous, besides being super competent. Two Town and County agencies approved their work within minutes of coming to the site. I would recommend them highly for anything plumbing or even water related!

Brian was prompt and arrived just when he said he would. He and his partner were very polite and understanding during the entire repair job. He only charged me for the service call, but managed to get the furnace running for me, and explained exactly what was wrong and what would eventually need repaired/replaced. He additionally ensured my space heater was operable even though that was not part of the service call. He went above and beyond for me--providing outstanding service for a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend Brian at NEO HVAC.

Avi arrived quickly and did the job for the agreed upon price. No surprises.

I hired them to replace my exterior faucets with no-freeze models. On a positive note neither faucet leaks.
I had to have them come out a second time to correct their mistakes. I.E. The handles on both faucets were loose, They had to repair the mounting on one faucet.---The mounting screws weren't fully seated, they were at odd angles and 3/8 of an inch of the screws hadn't been tightened down to the exterior wall. They failed to put sealing putty on the same faucet mount----allowing water into house during rain or snow.
I believe they overcharged me for both parts and labor. The installer left trash in my basement and dirty hand prints on my exterior door. This coupled with the fact that they had to come out a second time to correct their mistakes means I wouldn't recommend this company.
