We called H Jacks for a second opinion regarding an issue with a leaky faucet. They were the only company that responded in a timely manner. The plumber was very courteous and professional and confirmed what we had been told previously. I would definitely call them again.

Matt was professional and tidy. He also explained things thoroughly!

Most recently, we needed to have a new water heater installed. We knew just who to call. Kamran and his team did a fantastic job on the install and displayed a high level of service and professionalism. He even installed a second shut off valve to ensure my vertically challenged girlfriend would have access!

I heard WyattWorks add on the Christian radio station. They sounded so nice I decided to try them for a plumbing issue. The office person was so very courteous. I was able to schedule my appointment. They kept me apprised of when the plumber would arrive. Our plumber, Pete was on time, professional and very, very courteous. We will be making WyattWorks our permanent plumbing company. I highly recommend them and Pete!

We are still amazed with all that you accomplished in 3 days! Thank-you for not being hesitant about tackling the 100+ year old failing plumbing systems in our 135 year old Folk Victorian!
Stack pipe replaced from floor of 2nd story down; this main pipe now goes down through the basement floor and out through the foundation wall (instead of through our basement steps!); all the old tile piping the length of our backyard either dug up and replaced, or lined (lined section to limit disturbance for our 100+ year old Black Walnut tree!); interior work also included rerouting our sump pump, moving the washing machine & sloppy sink, new water line to 1st story toilet, and streamlining all 1st story & basement plumbing lines!!!
They made sure we had access to basic water and plumbing necessities each evening/morning in the midst of the job - and did a great job cleaning up inside and outside in-spite of all the rain & mud!!

Super knowledgeable staff beats the snot out of those big box stores!

We've hired Mayer for a variety of services, and they've been wonderful. They're knowledgeable, honest, and do excellent work! I've had sewer line repair, gas line repair, reverse flow preventer valve installation, tankless water heater service, HVAC service, fixture installations, and I'm sure some other things I'm forgetting. They do it all, professionally, honestly, and stand by their work. Their pricing is reasonable, and they always have some advice on how to save a few bucks. If you're in Parma, get that valve put in and use these guys!

Very happy with the service! Mike went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend.

More work to be done. Jake explained everything he was doing and everything he found. We also requested water damage clean up and John explained the process and what to expect. He also conferred with Jake about what was going on so he could have a better idea of what he needed to do to meet my needs. Once Jake finished Ron came in explained the significant problem with the outside pipe and explained what had to be done to fix the problem.All three of these guys were so nice, they all asked if I had any question, several times. They explained in detail what to expect and the estimated costs.The fact that I could call one company to take care of everything was a relief, especially since it was a weekend and the day after New Year’s Day!You have some great employees!!

Mike with VIP plumbing came out for a sink leak and he took care of the issue and he is the nicest, professional plumber I ever dealt with. I highly recommend him!

Outstanding service. From the initial phone call to the actual service was outstanding. I called them at 9:00pm completely nervous about our current plumbing situation and someone actually answered, I couldn’t believe it. They made sure to not to worry about anything and that they will be out in the morning to diagnose and fix the situation and that they did. For lack of better terms, they kept it real with me.
