The guys were on time and very efficient with replacing my tankless water heater. More expensive than I wanted but the work was good. No complaints!

It was fantastic that they could come out the same day. The technician was very professional and courteous. The work was done well, but the price for the amount of time it actually took was super expensive.

Tim came over within hours of our initial contact. He diagnosed the problem and quickly came up with the smartest solution. He actually saved us money from the initial quote. Tim was very professional and conscientious. I would highly recommend Tim Hatzidakis.

I was refereed to Free Flow Plumbing and called last Friday. Spoke to John who said he would text me. Text never came.

Called back today and spoke to someone in the office. I shared our issue (leak from pipe) and was told that there would be a $125.00 service/diagnostic fee for the issue leak / location that I already shared. I asked if the fee would be credited back to the project and was told no.

If this isn’t the policy of the company then they should educate their employees better - if this is their policy it seems like a rip off.

I would NOT recommend you call upon this business for your plumbing needs.

Mike has been incredibly helpful and responsive with me regarding my sewer pipe issues and clogged drains. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable and affordable and those are rare attributes during these times and it is greatly appreciated. Check him out. He is truly the real deal!!!!

We have use Northeast Plumbing regularly at the non-profit where I work. Chris has been a true partner in helping us with our plumbing needs.

We just used Mayer plumbing for an extensive outside drain and water proofing job for us after receiving several quotes they were the most reasonable. The owner himself gave us the quote and was very professional and upfront. The entire process of the job went very smooth. Would highly recommend.

I sent a request for service at 8pm and Piotr arrived at 10am the next day in the middle of a blizzard! He was polite, professional and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this service.

Great and efficient work, warned about initial costs estimates and then accomplished far more economically the work required on a forty year old tub and shower.

Called them again for a different bathroom and sink, but they checked it and said my interim repair to free a clog did the trick. They did a checkup to make sure all was well and then charged me nothing. Wow!
Good work and honest about it all. Rare indeed.
