It was fantastic that they could come out the same day. The technician was very professional and courteous. The work was done well, but the price for the amount of time it actually took was super expensive.

Very pleased with the job that Plumb Nation and Andy provided for us. We had been experiencing sewage backup for a couple months. Andy came in provided an honest quote and was ready to start immediately. The crew was friendly and well skilled in plumbing. We will be hiring Plumb Nation to do future plumbing repairs around our house.

This is the second time in about 4 months that I've had Killeen plumbing out for repairs on our home. Since it's an older home, we have random things crop up with the plumbing occasionally. Their service is fast and professional. Their customer service staff is responsive and helpful in getting a technician out quickly. We've been especially impressed with one of their technicians - Joe. We had a pretty significant issue with our sanitary sewer line and we were anxious to get it resolved before our extended family came in to visit for the holidays. Joe showed up right on time and jumped right into the repairs with confidence. He and Andrew worked hard to overcome a couple of challenges along the way, but through persistence, got our systems working again. Joe’s enthusiasm and generally great attitude are the main reasons that I’ll call Killeen any time I have a plumbing issue.

Really poor communication over 4 days worth of services, which should have been 3 days. Poor customer service. Disappointed and won't be using again. Do not recommend.

Run. What could be a minor issue became a $900 issue in a matter of minutes. The individual they sent out showed a total lack of knowledge about plumbing and older Lakewood homes.

On Monday, August 9th, we had the unfortunate luck to have our A/C quit working. I called Cleveland Plumbing Guy after hours and alerted the person on call that I would need a technician as soon as they could send one out. On Tuesday, August 10th, I spoke to service at 7:30am. He said she would have a service technician available that day in the early afternoon. At noon, I received a call that the technician was in route. By 1:00pm, Edmond arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor. After retrieving the part from his well stocked truck, he had our A/C compressor working again. By 5pm, we were blissfully enjoying a cool home once again.

Our technician, Chip, was friendly, informative, and efficient. Great experience and reasonably priced.

Great care and concern was given to categorize the most important work to be done within my project and answer questions.

Paid Chris in excess of $22,000 to separate my sanitary and storm sewers, waterproof my basement and pour new concrete sidewalks. During construction, Chris, the plumber that I hired who owns NE Plumbing & Mechanical, was nowhere to be found. Instead, I had nothing but laborers working on my property, if they even bothered to show. No supervision whatsoever! For such a complex project, I would expect supervision. They had my property torn up for a month. They tore it up, then abandoned my project to go work on other jobs while on my dime. Then came the mad rush to wrap it all up in a couple days.
3 months after the concrete was poured, my sidewalks began to fail, crumbling, flaking. We had a drought for the most part for much of the summer. So now we are finally starting to get significant rainfalls, and what do I have? Water in my basement! Are you serious? It's actually WORSE now then before the project was started!
My advice is to seek a different contractor, someone reputable. This guy is not. I could go into MUCH greater detail about my overall experience with this company, but I will be writing a short novel. Awful awful experience & I will be seeking litigation against this company!

Doug was such a professional, friendly and detailed guy. He took proper COVID precautions. He tried his best to unclog our sink and was able to get it draining again but sadly we will need to get a camera and potential a whole new line because of a root problem.Doug explained our options, answered our questions, worked really hard, and set us up for the next part of the job with his supervisor. I highly recommend asking for him specifically for a job.Side note: this was a last minute call and he was able to come out within an hour of our call. We had tried to set an appointment for in the same week with another plumber and were unsuccessful but Doug was able to get here in an hour! Boom goes the dynamite on that!

I have had Chris do a number of jobs for me now. He and his team are excellent. They are truly experts. so much so that I have had other contractors tell me how great their work is, which is pretty rare and a big compliment. Chris is a very good problem solver and has helped me resolve a couple difficult issues. I always work with Chris because he is reliable and professional.
