We were referred to Killeen 12 years ago by the contractor who replaced our gas line from the street to the house that we had just moved into. We have used them ever since, but when we were getting quotes on our leaking soil stack in the basement they were unavailable to come out for more than a week. In the meantime we received 5 other quotes; 3 of these were $1500-1600. Killeen declined to give a quote until the wall was opened. We chose them because they had the most conservative strategy for cutting into the kitchen wall - working above the wainscoting, as long as the leak wasn’t found to be higher up. All was dry above the kitchen and the job went beautifully! Only portions of the pipe had been updated to PVC, and our leak was in a vertical seam of the old cast iron. Patrick and Joe made a precise estimation of where to cut the wall and were able to do the entire job through that 14x31-inch opening. They finished in about 90 minutes and our total bill was only $363! Looks like we’ve been using the right company all along. Killeen really knows their stuff!

Called Roto Rooter to fix a clogged shower drain. Service was easy to schedule and the technician arrived the same day. While clearing the drain they ran into another issue that required some general plumbing repair. The service technician called the service manager for assistance and the plumbing was ultimately fixed. I got a sense that the technician was not skilled in general plumbing.

The company was responsive and provided insight to significantly reduce the cost of the project. We are new to the area and definitely will use them for plumbing and heating work moving forward.

One of the best service calls I ever received in Cleveland, over the last long time. Fast & friendly response. Unlike most techs, he is not only came prepared with a solution, but when diagnosed a different issue. He did not make it into a larger problem, just fixed it and was in and out in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the company, the owner and his children did a excellent job. Out of all the many times i had to call to get help with my sewer problems, this is the first time a company used a camera, and locator monitor to locate the problem, i was sitting back saying wow! in my mind. That alone showed me that the care, and professionalism they have,is shared with others, and their business is important to them. Finishing a job with their customers being happy and satisfied was their goal. Thank you, Sewer Technology for doing a great job !

I can not thank Jon enough for coming out to my home so quickly. Originally the thought of a broken toilet seal turned into a major blockage and old rotted out plumbing and rotted out flooring.. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed properly right away, and couldn't be more thankful and the work speaks for it's self!

Nick came right away and took care of our problem with the toilet leaking then looked at the shower we were having problems with. He found the problem, ordered the part and returned two days later to fix it. I was very relieved as my husband is no longer able to do these kinds of things that were simple for him at one time. This company went to my mother's house and cut MULTIPLE holes in her ceiling. After figuring out the toilet drain(hole #1) wasnt tub drain, The kid then proceeded cut another access hole to repair a leak in the tub that took him over 10 hours to do(max two hour job). The repaired trap is now protruding out of the hole #2 and hanging lower than the ceiling line. THEY do not stand behind their work and from the looks of these people they look like they use to stand behind bars!stay away

Unfortunately the price was prohibitive. Cameron was very personable and explained everything. No doubt he could have handled the job but I feel the price was excessive.
