First experience - 100% service. Fast, efficient and highly professional. Second experience, two weeks later, unresponsive. Have called twice to get information that a worker was suppose to have researched and left messages. No one responded yet - 2 months ago. Very dissatisfied. Sorry folks but the truth.

Harrison and the Urus team (Will especially) are amazing! I recently bought an older home and I have had a few plumbing issues, each time they were to my home in less than 12 hours (neither was an emergency). They are honest, kind, willing to work with my pain the butt home owners insurance policy and they explain things to me/teach me things for the future. I love Mayer plumbing! I can’t recommended them highly enough. I’ve had so many sewer/ heating and cooling issues since I bought my house and Mayer plumbing has taken care of everything. They’re hard workers and it shows. They are very friendly and professional. Very efficient. A sewer repair that was schedule for three days they finished in one. I had missed an appointment for my AC and they offered to come out the next day. Amazing customer service as well. Again, I recommend Mayer plumbing for anything you might need.

Service Tech Ben (827) was awesome! He arrived on time, worked quickly and professionally, explained everything he was doing and why, showed me the repairs and where the leak was happening, and then made as little mess as possible in fixing it, taking out just a small section of wall inside of the linen cupboard, and leaving all of my tiling intact. I was especially pleased that he cleaned up EVERYTHING in the tub when he was done fixing the pipe. And I mean everything - the place was spotless. I could hardly tell any work had been done in there.

On Monday, August 9th, we had the unfortunate luck to have our A/C quit working. I called Cleveland Plumbing Guy after hours and alerted the person on call that I would need a technician as soon as they could send one out. On Tuesday, August 10th, I spoke to service at 7:30am. He said she would have a service technician available that day in the early afternoon. At noon, I received a call that the technician was in route. By 1:00pm, Edmond arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor. After retrieving the part from his well stocked truck, he had our A/C compressor working again. By 5pm, we were blissfully enjoying a cool home once again.

I had a clogged drain pipe between my sink and the main stack in my home. To make it more fun, it occurred on a Saturday night when I was grilling out. They were able to come out the next day (Sunday) and didn't charge me for an emergency call or Sunday call. They fixed the clog and were able to re-pipe my sink which had been previously outfitted in a less-than-professional manner (which caused the issue in the first place). They made the repairs quickly and the total bill was far below what I would have paid to a local plumbing company. The team was extremely professional. They wore masks, had coverings on their boots, and laid down tarps to prevent any messes. They kept me informed throughout the repairs. Their work ethic and quality of work were top notch. They also were highly responsive to text messages. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work!!!

AHS Home warranty assigned AAA Plumbing since Weise Plumbing didn't follow through. AAA Plumbing technician came out, saw and acknowledged problems saying outside hose faucet needs replaced, the kitchen sink faucet needs replaced and the bathroom piping is eroded and needs replaced. He also looked in the basement and said there are many other plumbing problems that need fixed. He took photos. He even brought an outside consultant woman to share how she can help fix things, but I declined. I wasn't sure why an outside company, not covered through the warranty was at my house. Then I called AAA Plumbing today to ask when work would be done and was told to call my home warranty company. I called AHS Home Warranty and was told AAA Plumbing came out to my house yesterday (they didn't) and that the technician said there were NO problems. This is false. The technician acknowledged the problems when he was here. He also said he spent all day fixing the messes Weise Plumbing caused. I called AAA Plumbing back and the person said my case was closed. I said nothing was done. She said the technician would have to explain it to me. My home warranty company said that AAA Plumbing told them nothing was wrong. The technician saw the problems. Why would he tell my home warranty company nothing needed fixed?

After arriving and the issue being a larger job than expected, they quickly rearranged schedules to fit the new job in within a few days to get everything resolved. Fast and quality work.

My condo required many repairs and upgrades after I purchased it a year ago. Kyle’s plumber,Nustin came out several times and corrected a shower leak, installed a new toilet and replaced shut off valves that had t been worked on since the original install.
Justin was on time, prepared with booties to protect my flooring. He worked had and communicated his progress in language I could understand. I will use Plumbing Tech LLC again.
